This restaurant is an absolute train wreck. Corporate executives need to visit it so they can see the disaster for themselves.Last week, I went there at about midnight. I did not see any workers, and there were dirty dishes and trash on every table even though nobody was sitting at them. A few weeks ago, I went there at about 2 a.m., and the place was closed. There were workers inside, but nobody came to the locked door to tell me what was going on. One of the workers mouthed to me that it was closed. It is supposed to be open 24/7! Months before that, I sat on a stool, and a worker kept walking around in front of me, even coming face-to-face with me several times, but did not say a word to me. I kept thinking she was about to take my order, but she didn't. A group of workers was sitting at a table and hanging out. One of them asked me from across the room what I wanted. In recent years, the steak has been super nasty, seeming like it was probably past the expiration date.It is horrible here. It was great many years ago. What happened?

Definitely not open 24 hours. Tough times these days but apparently the employees just decide to close whenever they're ready to.
Walked in about 11:45 Friday night all the tables was empty and dirty not one employee looked at me so I waited for a few minutes then walked to a table and cleared it myself. I heard a lady laugh and say oh guess I need to go tell them they can’t sit there. She waited about 3 minutes and walked over and rudely said Togo only… so many problems with this experience Waffle House is 24/7 so definitely didn’t think to call first and they could have at least Acknowledged us when We walked in. Not the first time I’ve had something along these lines happen. Definitely wont give them a chance again I know my little family coming in twice a month wont make a difference but hopefully someone steps in soon.
It is what it is. Most waffle houses are about the same. Staff at this one is always nice. I worked here when I was a kid opened up the store for its grand opening. I am glad to see it still doing well and treating its customers well. Wish they would do away with tipping and pay their servers well this location has always been a bummer for tips, so if you are reading this and planning to go, please leave some money on the table.

Very busy place, but the staff was great and worked like a well oiled machine! Thought it would be awhile to get our food...but not long at all, and cooked to order. Will visit again!!!
I always get the Pork chop dinner and they don't ever disappoint
Miss Marie is by far the best waitress we’ve had at ANY restaurant. She should be moved up to a management position before she finds a higher paying job somewhere else.
