I went to order a to-go order. There was a server cashing out another customer at the register, and when she was done she didn’t say someone will be with you or anything. She walks away and a long blonde haired older female server, who was washing dishes came to the counter. She said something under her breath before taking my order. As I’m ordering she cuts me off and tells me that I could not get my order that way. I have ordered the same thing for 20 years, and NEVER have a problem. Because of her being rude I just told her I didn’t want the order. As I was walking out I decided to speak with a manager. The cook talk to me about my order, but when the manager came out he didn’t bother to address me. Not sure if it was because he saw that the cook was trying to assist me or not. After letting the cook know the problem I let him know that I still did not want it because the server had a VERY nasty attitude. I usually love this location but after the last couple visits I will not be returning!
The older lady with the long blonde hair is very rude. I will not be going back. Customer service is horrible.

Went there sat down waited 20 minutes no one spoke to me or ask me what I would like to order. There were only 4 other customer's in there I know they had two cooking, one waitress and some one else wondering around doing what I don't know. This might be my last time here, this was unusual for a Waffle House.
???The cook was very disrespectful at the Waffle House on Airport Road in Pearl, Mississippi. She told the waiter that she would not cook my bacon (because it was burnt and I asked for light)over again if it were not right. When the waiter brought the bacon, I was about to say thank you to her; she said, what was I looking at and proceeded to cuss me out. I didn't understand why. Then I said was she serious about her current behavior, and she continued cussing at me. So, I told her I was a customer, and if she did not like her job, she should find another one. As she was walking away, she still was cussing at me. So, I got tired of her hateful words and gave her a piece of my mind. Now knowing she was not worth a piece of my mind, I left and told the waiter the aggressive cook (I think her name is Bianca) could pay for the meals since we didn't eat them! She deserves to be FIRED!????????????????
Had a wonderful experience at this location. The cook, Fagan, was spot on with the food. It was perfectly cooked. The server, Amanda, was super sweet and friendly. This team was awesome!
The kitchen was to nasty look like wasn't nothing wash and they was still trying to cook but the food was ok

Ms Tammie is great and ready to take care of everybody. Amber is a great cook. They both work the night shift. Store is clean when they are there.
Great place. Bre is the best waitress they have!
