If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I walked in the door, I was “greeted” by a woman yelling at me because I threw a small bag from a different restaurant in the trash can. I didn’t think there would be a problem, as it was literally a small bag. There was no welcoming as I walked through the doors, just this woman yelling at me. I didn’t even stay to purchase anything, as I was not about to give my money to someone like that.

I had to order 11 dozen donuts for the NWR class of 2021 Grad night last week and knew this donut shop was the best in Flowood/Brandon. I called the day ahead and ordered several different kinds, told them when I’d be there to pickup and they were waiting on me in boxes by the door when I got there. They even helped me load them in the car. All the kids loved them! Best tasting, looking and friendliest staff!

Used to be a great place to go. Had a change of staff. Old staff were friendly and efficient, new staff not so much. No hand sanitizer and dining room was a mess. Food was barely warm when we got it. Sad to see this place going downhill, used to eat here frequently.
