This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. They literally have you waiting to order with no one even at the window. Then when asked why, the management gives you an attitude and threatens to call the police if you refuse to leave. All for asking the reason for the wait. I would advise that you stay clear of this restaurant.
This location was good first off I noticed the parking lot was very clean so that's a plus...great parking ,fast service in the drive thru. The only problem I encountered was the young lady giving us our order, didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Everything we asked her about she said she gave us but our Items weren't in the bag, she wasn't smiling she had a bit of a attitude, but everyone has a bad day. I'm not going to let that reflect on the other employees they were Great!! ?To the young lady trouble don't last always...take it to the Lord in prayer he'll fix it so let it go ?? I'll definitely dine here again.
longest wait time ever. i’d leave if i wasn’t stuck between the curbs already. placed order online before i arrived so they already took my money too.
I absolutely love taco bell!! That being said this has got to be the very worst fast food restaurant I've been to even by today's fast food standards.. the customer service is not at all acceptable. The food is subpar. This is an outright shame.
Friendly staff, fast service. They are.drive through only right now. Their frosty drink are something else, make ya want to slap somebody. The strawberry island is crazy good. My first time eating breakfast with them and I enjoyed it very much.
Placed an order via their app. Couldn't find where I places my order. Finally after 10 minutes, they found my order. Forgot to give me 2 of my items. Tried to call location to go get them. Never picked up the phone that night. Tried to call the place for 2 day. Never got anyone to pick up the phone. Lame!!!!
The inside was closed so only 4 stars but they were pretty fast and got us all we asked for and needed. They did cut a few things badly but I mean, it's fine haha. Overall nice and quick stop, didnt stay too long at all.
With the dining room currently closed drive through is the only way to access. Despite a considerable line the amazing crew knock out the orders with amazing speed and accuracy. Despite being somewhat understaffed the crew was super nice and friendly and had my delicious Taco Bell fix out the window to me in the blink of an eye! Be nice to these people! They showed up to do their jobs and do it with a terrific attitude and a smile on their faces!
This is for the brandon MS location. It is usually pretty good and I love the staff there but today I spent 30 minutes at the drive thru box and then had to drive up and then the person in the restaurant told me it was closed like they couldn't just get on the headset and tell me, and the line of cars that was wrapped around the building, that it was closed.
Had the new thing there and it was amazing! I love the box meals they have there! And the cheese oml! ?
