The food was good but the staff was unfriendly, the dining area was dirty and the self serve area was not stocked so you had to ask for utensils and ketchup.
Tip receipts at a fast food place? I should’ve known better…left a tip in the drive-thru on the receipt and each of our sandwiches were wrong. Stupid me. Incompetent workers here
Arrived at this location at 9:22 in the drive through. There was one car in front of me actively ordering. They pulled around to the window so i pulled forward hoping to order before they closed at 9:30. I then got ignored until 9:30, guess the workers inside decided they were going to close a little early at me and my wife's expense. I pulled around to the window and could clearly see two employees by the window still ignoring me. I haven't tried Steak Escape in a while and for good reason. Last time I tried several months ago and was also ignored at the drive through window. Guess it's part of their policy, ignore hungry customers so they can leave early. Thanks for being a caring and contributing business in Brandon, Steak Escape! You won't be missed when you inevitably go out of business for lack of business cause you hire lazy employees who won't take orders during business hours.
It’s a shame to have good food and horrible service. The Brandon location is the slowest ever and the lobby is closed so you have to sit in the drive through for 25min. They don’t let you do a call in order so you are stuck with the slow service. I am not sure how the Brandon location stays in business.
The service was pretty fast considering I got behind a car load of people that all seemed to have some sort of special request for each item they ordered.The food was good and my order was accurate.Thanks.
Food is great! But employee was really rude when the speaker wasn’t working and raised her voice when we asked if there was anyone there, every time she is here, she has an attitude

Ordered 2 sandwiches today. They didn’t have even 2 oz of meat on them. Very disappointed. Previously they have been fine.
Steak Escape used to be one of my favorite places to eat. This location though has been a disappointment every time I go. The last time I went in, service was ok, food sub par. Today I did the drive thru. Waited over 45 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me. The order was wrong even though I told them before they made it that they hadn't wrong on the ticket and wrote it down for them to make it easier to remember. The fries had obviously been sitting in the bag for at least 20 minutes and the lemonade tasted old and nasty. I won't be back.
