Ordered via the app like I always do at every sonic. I was handed my drinks then food without so much as a single word or glance in my direction. They just handed stuff out the window knowing you'd grab it. No look, no speak, no customer service. I hate going here but I keep giving them chances.
Lobby was closed so no point in placing an app order when you've still gotta wait in the drive thru behind MULTIPLE vehicles to pick up.

I don’t believe these people could poor water out of a glass if the instructions was on the bottom. I ordered a #2 with jalapeños, tots with cheese, large diet Dr Pepper. Got regular Dr Pepper, tots no cheese, and a burger that taste nothing like SONIC normally taste. I know it’s hard to get good help these days but this is ridiculous….
Just came from there it’s 10:10pm Tuesday. And they really gave me burnt chili for my medium fries. Couldn’t eat it, had to chunk it in the trash and I’m not made out of money.
I went to get the family breakfast at 9:30 Sunday morning on the 22nd. The girl at the window was very rude. I asked for Salsa twice. She very rudely stated it was in the bag. It wasn’t in there when I got home. The lady the day before was amazing!!!

Have had both good and bad experiences here. Food is usually good, but about 2 weeks ago the credit card machine went down on the order before mine so we were SOL with no other method of payment. Our order was presumably wasted. Last Thursday, I hit a pothole on the drive thru and ruined a tire. Called to report it the next day (Friday 7/30) and have received no call back as promised. So visit this location at your own risk, I guess?
