My daughter went yesterday and waited an extremely long time for her order. She didn’t look before leaving and once she got home she saw that instead of the $10 worth of food(burger combo with add-ones for toppings) she had received 2 corn dogs and a tiny order of tater tots. It is too far to go back so she did nothing. I went today and tried to ask if they would fulfill the correct order for her. He said they couldn’t give me her order from yesterday because they threw away any unclaimed food…I said that I realized they wouldn’t still have the food left over from yesterday, and that was all I could get out of my mouth. The young man on the intercom was extremely rude, interrupting before I could finish my statement, and then chastised me for my ATTITUDE! I did not speak unkindly at all to receive such treatment. He said that he could not help me if I was going to have such an attitude. I wish I had gotten his name, and I certainly hope it wasn’t the manager who would speak to someone so rudely and inappropriately. I also hope that the manager will take this opportunity to train his or her employees on how to treat and serve others with kindness and respect. I won’t be returning to that location for a LONG time, if ever.
The person that took our order (which was a large order) 1. Would not let us finish placing the order 2. She had the worst attitude I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. 3. She decides to make a loud huffing sound as if she was aggravated with taking the order. 4. Again would not let us finish placing our order. I’m sorry Miranda you were having a bad day I get it, but DONT BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Maybe she could be in the kitchen and not be on the speaker.
Nice group of young people as a staff and they're extremely nice and helpful. GREAT MILKSHAKE (STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE) and a great burger too! Talk to young man that's a senior in high school. The one that delivered my food. Couldn't ask for nicer matters even told me about what his plans are when he graduates. Now I don't know who that young man's parents are and I'm sorry I don't know his name but you doing outstanding job with that young man. My hats off Sonic and that boy's parents and him as well. The boy was raised with good manners and respect which is rare these days. What more can you say thank you SONIC
I felt like something a little different from the other day food burger places in the area. This place delivers with burger, hot dogs, and chicken options. There was a technological glitch with our screen, but the employee made it work. The employees were nice and the food was fast. There were a few more onions in my meal than expected... Not good or bad, just surprised.
Line is always busy, they messed up my order, didn’t give me a receipt, and can’t get through to talk to a manager!! They weren’t busy when I just left from there…. Customer service is tragic ???♀️?

Only the drive thru is open and it takes a long time because they only do one order at a time. It took me 30 minutes to get COLD food and only half the order.Not very happy and won't be back.
Nightmare inadequate on making blasts, dried butterfinger all down side and at bottom with soft serve piled on top, not mixed in or blended
Girl the speaker was rude. But the server was great. Our Sonic Blasts we're wonderful.
I actually live in Pearl but this Sonic is faster and always gets my order right!
