Placed my order for 4 smoothies on Saturday 4/30 around 1:35 pm. Young lady told me that my order would take a while and I let her know that’s fine. When I pulled up to the window, she asked if I had cash since the card machine was not working. I asked for the total and she didn’t even place my order and asked me to repeat my order again? I asked if I could place my order on the app and she said NO since the card machine is not working. I pulled off and placed my order on the App and the order went through just fine with a order confirmation number. I watched many customers turned away and leaving back to back. The service was horrible today. My smoothie was horrible and taste like mop water. I spend a lot of money and can’t believe it was this bad today. They don’t want to work.
If their system would function more, this location would be awesome!
We love going here, my wife likes the Angel Food Slim and I usually get the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate, they are quick and friendly and their smoothies are delicious.
Poor customer service when the manager isn’t on duty.
Called before coming to see if they could take cards again (it was down this morning) and was told yes they could take cards now. That was untrue. Came back after getting cash just for nobody to come to the drive through speaker to actually take my order. Walked in after waiting and all 3 employees were talking to a friend at the drive through window….
Avid smoothie king customer, I’ve been to this location twice. They can’t seem to make an order right. The nice girl at the window was very apologetic for the 20 min wait with only 4 cars in line.
I love smoothie king. I have to get my five dollar Friday treat. My go to is the Strawberry Extreme.
I wanted a smoothie with mango that wasn't too sugary. The worker suggested the Mangofest. The smoothie was delicious and only $5 on 32 oz $5 Friday. After looking at my receipt, I realized the worker's name was Cole. Thank you for the conversation while waiting on my smoothie and overall being a friendly staff member. I enjoyed this particular location and will be back.

The staff is very friendly and the smoothies are on point. The wait time is very short.
