Slow. Slow. Slow...........! Had to pull into the parking lot and wait along with everyone else. In the meantime 3 cars that were asked to pull forward, because there were not anymore parking spots available, got their food faster than and the two cats next to me but ordered after all of us. I ordered 4 sandwiches and an order of fries. I waited 15 minutes and walked inside. They were waiting on fries the entire time. It would of been appreciated to of been told there's a wait for fries. I be would of picked a different side. The fries ended up being soggy and didn't seem fresh so we didn't eat them anyways. ? This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. Most visits are just like this. It's worth driving to Jackson due to the wait and service at this location. I could probably get there and get home before I get through the line here.
I went to this location on yesterday and I ordered a number #5 and my food was very fresh and hot the order taker was very friendly and polite and I also got my order in a timely fashion. Yes I will be visiting again.

Something is always left off or wrong....no dipping sauce, the wrong dipping sauce, spicy instead of mild, two of the same sides instead of two different sides...it amounts to carelessness. While waiting on food it is obvious that the workers are not organized.
Everything was great. They took my order at the drive through and was patient while I figured out what I wanted. I pulled up and paid and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I thought to myself that was fast, let me check my food. Everything was great. I had the chicken strip combo. The chicken was so moist and crunchy. I could tell it was fresh. Going back very soon
The second time they stole from me they charged my son for 2 meals that come with drinks and then charged him for the drinks. The first time they stole they told me my card was declined so I paid cash. Got home and checked my account and they had charged it and it did go through. I went back and manager wouldn't come talk to me and told a girl to tell me that there was nothing I, me not him, could do about it. The girl who actually did the double charge was there. She ran in the office and they shut the door. We could hear them laughing.

They said my wait would be 15 min..They forgot about me…..when I asked after 30 min how much longer it be they informed me they were dropping other chicken.. now it will be another 15 min..45 min for 16 pieces of chicken is insane.. especially when it’s $31.71 JUST FOR CHICKEN!!never again KFC is up the road!!!
