Great employee's!! We got there 20 minutes before they closed. They still took our order and did it with a smile!
I ordered the pizza at 2:55pm to be delivered at 5:45 pm. I received a text stating the pizza was out for delivery at 5:17 pm, the pizza arrived at 5:47. The pizza was cold and not very good. I doubt I order from Pizza Hut again.
Never had any issues until last night. Pizza never arrived. After 40 minutes I called the store and said I had to leave and wanted cancel/refund. Manager wouldn't do it said only after delivery returned with the pizza. CC was still charged. I've complained to corporate through Twitter to get this resolved. Should be 30 minutes or free.
This was the first time in a long time that the bottom crust wasn’t soggy making the pizza taste half done. It was a great pizza! Keep up the good work
My order was exactly as ordered and ready when I arrived. Good job!
The order was ready within 15 minutes and the order was correct when I picked it up. The last time I ordered from Pizza Hut at Hollybush road, they only put 5 pepperonis on the large size pizza. The food was very good this time at the Pizza Hut on village square drive in Brandon Mississippi.
My pizza and cheese sticks tasted old. I threw over half the pizza in the trash. Even my children agreed that it tasted horrible.
Good pizza was ready in 10 minutes and friendly staff.
Pizza did not taste good. Was dry; not even warm.
The food was ready on time, it was still nice and hot and tasted great!
