I placed an online order, tonight, a little more than an hour before they were scheduled to close. I received a call from someone stating that they were done delivering for the night, more than an hour before closing mind you, and was given the option to pick my order up. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have never placed the order for delivery. I told them to cancel my order and called Domino’s, which I did not have any issues getting my order delivered in a very timely manner! Poor customer service Pizza Hut, just plain poor!!! I will not order from this store again!
Well let's just say I won't be going back there.. Service was terrible, there was no menu to order from and a cheap frozen pizza would have been better than that one..
Online ordering was very easy to navigate, order was hot and was ready at the promise time for pick up. PUW attendant was very polite.
Only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give none.I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and once received a pick up confirmation email stating my order (2 large stuffed crust pizzas, order of traditional wings, cinnamon sticks, and 2 liter Dr Pepper) would be ready in fifteen minutes, I left and headed that way as that’s about how far away the location is from my house. I arrived a little after 20 minutes after ordering and after (finally) making it to the pick up window, I had to wait about ten additional minutes for someone to even get to the window. I peeped in and saw they looked to be short staffed. So I let it go. Was finally “greeted” and was given the receipt in which I gave a $5 tip on a nearly $60 order. He disappeared for 15 (give or take) minutes and then returned with one item at a time…no wings. He said they’re cooking and asked me to pull around, ok cool. I went around and waited an ADDITIONAL HALF HOUR before I sent my son in (mind you they’re not even remotely busy, short staff or not) and the response to my son was “oh yeah, hang on” in which he went and got the wings, tossed them and sent them out. Meanwhile ,it’s now pouring rain from a thunderstorm, I have my three kids one of which is a toddler who is far less patient than me and my teenagers, and my pizzas and cinnamon sticks are like ice. This experience was inexcusable in my opinion. Let’s do better please.
I have had nothing but great experiences here. We ordered delivery and our pizza got taken to another location, the manager himself called me to tell me and got it delivered as quickly as possible! Not only that but he also gave me a credit for the next time that I ordered for the inconvenience. Talk about outstanding service!
The staff is very friendly and polite at the drive in window. I also like using the app to place my order.

Horrible. Spent 3 hours waiting on 2 pizzas. My grandchildren are starving. Yall are worse that Papa John's, who can't find where I live. Won't order from yall again. Little Ceasars here I come.
This is at least the third or fourth time our order was out for delivery for over an hour and a half and was cold when we received it when the store is literally less than 2 minutes away from our house. We will strongly recommend to everyone we know to never order from this restaurant.
My food was hot and ready when I arrived. Quick service, got me out quickly so I was able to get back to work.
