The new New York New York style pizza, is a fraud! On the commercial it looks like it has wide pieces and the cheese and toppings come all the way out to the edge of the crust. When you receive it, it looks exactly like the normal Papa John’s Pizza it’s exactly the same it’s a rip off
This pj has some of the best pizzas that I've ever had I highly recommend ordering from here.
Every time we order from this store they are always 2 hours late. Always have the same excuse of not enough drivers. Worst managed store
Very nice lady delivered our pizza within about 30 to 45 minutes, sorry I forgot your name. She called and let me know it was placed by our front door as I ordered it ahead of time due to recent staffing shortages.

the General manager and Managers need to be replaced I ordered original crust and it was more like thin someone don't know how to make dough not just that the onions wasn't chopped good huge piece and then I did pullup pick up and waited 20mins no one came so I had to go in pure horrible
Ordered pizza and bread sticks with a 35 minutes estimated delivery time at 9:30PM. No word on pizza till 10:41PM from the driver saying they were in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express. I get down there and there is no one there. Driver went to the wrong address and I didn't get my delivery at all. Would never recommend this place.
The cashier lady their was too rude she no has any sense to talk with customers
Great customer service and food was right on the nose
2 weeks in a row. Told a time, didn't happen. Last week pizza was cold. This week we were told it would take 38 minutes. We ordered at 4pm. It's now 5:25pm and no pizza. Next time I will order from anywhere except Papa John's. NEVER AGAIN.
