This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and I have lived here for 10 years. It’s NEVER gotten better!!!! The owners literally don’t give a crap about the service and where this is located. For being a high income area, this is the worst McDonald’s.
Poor Management, rude to customers, drink machine was down that comes with the meal and offering customers to get the frozen drink but and they are charging value customers.69 cents-1.00 for drinks. Scammers! Arguing at customers because the customers are asking why are they are being charged more because the fountain drink was not working. I haven’t had McDonald’s in 5 years and this is why my family can’t eat here. Quarter pounder had running blood on the inside not cook fully. Corporate please come and see about spillway road in Brandon ms. You lost a lot of business today.
My door dash driver just called and informed me that the staff got rude with her after she informed them my order was incorrect. Then told her that she needed to leave the property. I don't do bad reviews but whether it is $5 or $500 that is blatant stealing. I have always avoided this McDonalds and never noticed this is who door dash delivers through. No more McDonald's through doordash I guess. That's just shameful.
This McDonalds is with a doubt the single worst fast food establishment in the world. They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!
This place is slow it took 25 mins just to get up to order. Then they ask you to hold on agian need to shut it down
Year after year after year, this location stays horrible. What is the problem? The lines are always long and slow, they get the orders wrong, the food is cold, and the employees are rude. Why is this never fixed? A few years ago, I went there at about 9:00 on a Saturday night, and there were literally no employees in the building, but two of them were hanging out in a car in the parking lot. I don't go there anymore. I do drive past it often, and I see how long the line is. Many years ago, the food and service were great. What happened? Fix this place!
Went through drivethru this morning and paid the $6.40 for the lady behind me. (Was told at window no change available-had to pay exact change or card). Moved forward and WATCHED as the lady handed the cashier the $6.40 for her order. I pulled up to food window and told the worker her order had already been paid for. He went and said something to cashier and came back and said he would take care of it. I explicitly asked ‘so you will be refunding her money?’ he said yes. I pulled forward and watched him hand her food only and she drove off. Shame on you for stealing from an elderly woman and shame on you for lying. I won’t be back.
Long lines and they never have any coffee products or ice cream I sincerely love McDonald's but this McDonald's is probably the worst I've ever been to
Great food, always hot, right amount of salt on fries. Gets bogged down during lunch hour, but beyond that, great experience.
This has to be the worse McDonald’s around . The only reason I go is for my child but the staff is rude , order is never right and it takes forever to get your food bc the staff doesn’t care to help anyone . This visit my child’s happy meal had dried up ice cream batter or pancake batter on it and the manger didn’t seem to care one but , that place os just nasty .
