We order double quarters got small hamburgers in the boxes. Dr Pepper had no ice and wasn’t filled up with drink. This is absolutely crappy service! Can’t get orders right and can’t get no ice. Ordered strawberry milk shakes it was one barely strawberry. Our order was all wrong. But we paid for quarter pounders. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. Y’all might as well close the place down, because y’all are losing customers left and right. I’m tired of give y’all a chance. You’re all out of chances with this customer. And y’all want $15.00 an hour. HA!! Y’all not worth minimum wage.

A lazy McDonald's... you don't say.But you don't come here for the service....ok lack of service. What about the food? Do you like super well done burgers aged for a day under the heat lamp, well hurry in quick - they got plenty. Also served with bland fries as limp as spaghetti noodles. They're never polite and slow as molasses. We waited over 40 minutes tonight with a mobile order.... Long story short. Cancelled order. Drove 3 miles. Got Dairy Queen, and we were home in less time than we waited to just get to their speaker box. ?
Probably the nicest, most respectful McDonald's I've ever been to. I was behind someone in the drive-thru line, who was just being difficult for no reason at all. The workers all handled the situation with care and concern and didn't treat her how she treated them. I'm trying not to eat out as much now lol but if I do, I'll be back.
Yes I just went through McDonald's in Brandon, Mississippi and ordered there fish Filet sandwich and it was so bad. The bread was like chewing rubber. I don't no if it sat under the light are what. Plus the sandwish was so small like for a kid. It cost over $5 dollars for that and a small ? will not be going back.
they didnt put mu burger together correctly and it was cold inside so cold you could see you own breath

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, they gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit… I asked for a large iced coffee and on the cup it clearly says medium. I’m just at the point where I don’t want to go there anymore
This was by far the worst Mcdonald's I have visited. The lack of cleanliness and every surface having a grease film on it should have made me walk away. But after several minutes waiting for service our order was finally entered. After close to a 45 minute wait our food was ready. Wish I could say the food was worth the wait but it tasted horrible. This is not a kid friendly place cause I lost count of how many times I heard the F word along with many other curse words
McDonald's in pearl Mississippi a great food horrible service lobbies are still not open but girl was not the sharpest knife in the drawer adore have a nice day.
