THE DIRTIEST MOST DISRESPECTFUL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Tori was absolutely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, PERTY AND CHILDISH. Not only did she have an attitude she proceed to gather with other employees and proceeded to talk about me together huddled up and rolled there eyes and waved at me while talking about me. I asked for the manger over 6 times HE NEVER SHOWED. I asked your employee for her name to which she replied “none of your business” when I asked another employee I was informed her name is Tori. I gathered my people who I brought to your restaurant to eat and walked up front and asked for a manager for a SEVENTH time.I HAVE NEVER EVER ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND ONE BLATANTLY IGNORE THAT I AM ASKING FOR INTERVENTION IN A SITUATION WITH HIS EMPLOYEE HE IS IN CHARGE OF! I can see him in the back ignoring me. Finally after it take three employees to get him out of the kitchen. He is incompetent and has a blank look on his face I informed him the restaurant is dirty, everything is sticky, his employee has screamed and disrespected me and he says it’s my fault for her behaving in such an unprofessional manager. He even said “hey, I need help fill out an application.” ARE YOU JOKING?! I am APPALLED! I want to speak to the owner I want someone to recognize the absolute worst experience I have EVER had. AND ITS ON MY BIRTHDAY! MY BIRTHDAY!

At 12:30 every table not occupied was piled high with dirty dishes, a total of 23 tables (5 occupied) with one employee tasked with cleaning. So, I bussed my own table, got my own silverware, and ranch for the wings I’d ordered, wondering why I’d bothered to add a tip to my credit card receipt at the register. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea, and when I asked the manager for some, he said they were having supply chain issues. I asked if he couldn’t solve that problem by making a grocery run, but he explained that individual packets of artificial sweetener are not available for purchase at the local stores, even though I know I can buy pink, blue, and yellow sweetener at several stores within a five mile radius of this Mazzios. Very disappointing visit, and my last.
Waited 30 minutes for 3 kids mini cheese pizzas. Only one customer came in while we were there so they weren’t busy at all. The last few times I ordered from there I got home and the order was wrong or missing items so I’ve had to go back and they never offer any type of refund or apology. I use to love their pizza but lately it’s just gone down hill.

This place is one of the absolute worst places to go for a quick lunch or dinner. You'll spend just as long waiting for a single pizza to be on the buffet as you'll spend fighting everyone in line who also wants to get at least one slice of what they paid for. After sitting here for almost an hour, I've seen 3 pizzas hit the buffet with a packed restaurant waiting. Everyone standing at their tables staring at the buffet just to see if they'll have a chance to eat. While you wait for the subpar pizza, you'll have entertainment. The new management will fight and INSULT THE DISABLED about their disability. The gentleman had a limp and the manager got in his face and shouted "what are you gonna do about it, you already have a limp!?!?". While you wait for the food that will never come, your kids can go where the arcade used to be and play in yhe dirty corners or stare at the TV on the wall with a looping wallpaper. Overall, if you have money to waste, a day to ruin, and a disability you want made fun of, this is the right place to go!
We go there regularly, every week or two. The staff is nice and usually pretty attentive. The food arrives at our table hot and fresh and delicious. I love the old style Italian sausage that many other pizzerias have stopped having. We have been going to Mazzio's since I was a teen in Clinton...I am much older than teen, my kids aren't even teens. LOL I love this place! Keep up the good work.
The restaurant was very dirty and the manager was rude . I asked for a different container without the dividers for a salad and the manager said no. This place does not strive to satisfy their customers. Just a bad experience and also an elderly lady fell and the manager didn’t help her.
This was just absolutely the worst pizza (if you can call it that) that I have ever consumed. The hand-tossed crust was stale and hard as a rock. The pizza was barely warm. The cheese was that fake Crisco cheese. The sauce had zero flavor. The meats were extremely greasy, gelatinous and flavorless. The vegetables were very not-fresh. The mushrooms clearly came from a can. And about the only flavor detected was heavy salt. There was grease pooling off the bottom too. Never again, Mazzio's. This was not actual food. And I thought Little Caesars was bad. Big thumbs down.
