My family and I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant. The breadsticks were a little late and gave us a dessert pizza to make up for it. You guys always go above and beyond. This is and will always be my family's pizza night place.
I went to lost pizza after work yesterday and placed a dine in order. I was served my salad after I sat down. I was dining alone and there were several families dining in also. When my pizza was brought to the table it was in a box and the young lady just walked away. I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would return and they did not. I then went to the counter and asked if I could have a plate and then explained that I did want to sit and eat out of the box. The young man 1st pick up the black dine in plate then put it back and give me a paper plate. I didn't make a big deal but felt uncomfortable. I went back to my seat and watch all the other families get served with pizza pans and dine in plates as I ate out of my box on my paper plate. I stopped one if the employees and asked why this might have happened and was told my order was marked to go she thinks that could have been the reason why. Even though she offered to put my pizza on a pan and bring it back out I was already over the issue by then and got up to leave. My advice to the staff would be to pay close attention to single dine in only customers to make sure they are good.
Is I ordered a small strawberry field and a medium hot chick pizza. The girl told me it would be 20 minutes and my order would be ready. Arrived 5 minutes early there were 2 tables in the entire restaurant.. While I was there those 2 left and 2 more tables filled.. all said done it took 48 minutes to get my order. I've seen packed and stacked and it's never taken this long. Tonight was definitely not a good night for lost pizza, highly disappointed.
Everyone here is very helpful and we love coming for the delicious pizza! ??? Great atmosphere and excellent customer service!
Great food, great atmosphere ... but the staff here is fabulous! If you have not been... you need to add this place to your favorites list!
My wife and I luckily stopped here on our way to California. Not only was is a great atmosphere inside but it was also some of the best pizza we've ever eaten ? The employees were very helpful and friendly especially Chris who is the manager. Chris was great! He insisted we try the Tomales and I'm very happy we did because they were the best Tomales we've ever had hands down. On top of that their hot sauce is the best hot sauce I've ever tasted. It has the perfect amount of heat with an incredible flavor. I highly recommend stopping here if you haven't already ?
All the food we had here was great. Pepperoni pizza, hot wings, and salad. Cool place with good vibes.
After a long day at the ball field our team wanted to just eat and relax together. We walked In to lost pizza and they said they would get tables wiped down and moved. Everybody ordered and for having a party of 25 food was prepared pretty quickly and tasted pretty good to. The guy Nathan was sweet and helpful. Illusion 16u thanks you.
Always delicious pizza, and good salads, too. Everyone working the counter and the dining room are always friendly and courteous! Gavin has good customer service skills, too.
We were there and waited over 40 minutes for our order. When we asked why, they said the ovens had gone down. The funny part is I sure hope everyone else there like cold food because there orders came on time. Many who came after us got their orders before ours. The food was great once we got it.
