The rudest employee I’ve ever met in my life was running the register today! She claims to be the manager, but I’m a business owner and would never hire anyone with a nasty attitude like this to be the face of my company or business. She got an attitude, because I asked about buying sauce after she gave me my total. I told her if it was a problem not to worry about it! Unfortunately, her attitude kept progressing from there and she said she was refusing me service. I said I would wait for someone else to help me and she told me good luck with that. I will be dealing directly with the owner and corporate regarding the way I was treated today. I’m a very understanding person and if someone is having a bad day that’s one thing, but this ladies actions were far from that. Customer service should be a priority!
Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up a mobile order and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes because I interrupted her FaceTime conversation with her friend. She then proceeded to tell me I had come in too early and she knows the app told me it would be ready in 10 minutes before rolling her eyes again and telling me I needed to wait. -fully aware that the app estimated a 10 minute wait time, but I was planning on waiting inside. I was simply hopeful that they would have pizzas ready to go that I could just grab since my order was a simple pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. I watched 2 people leave with pizzas just now, so I’m not sure why it was such a big deal for me to check in early. The employees (including the apparent manager who is walking around on the sidewalk out front laughing and playing on her phone) are more worried about being on their phones than doing their jobs.
Horrible customer service to start off. The lady at the front did not take the time to at least tell me how long my pizza was gonna take to be made. Unsanitary! How are you making pizzas with no gloves on with long nails? Once the employee saw me looking at her hands she put this rack infront of her while she continued to make orders barehanded.

Not fresh! Horrible service! New employees every time I go in there. Will not go back. I took our pizza back! Ordered at 6:27 and it was in the portal at 6:32. COLD!!!! NO WAY IT WAS MADE FRESH!

Delicious and affordable!!! You cannot argue with that. It doesnt matter that they are gloomy looking or that the parking lot looks like something you would find in Jackson. Delicious and cheap!!!! LOVE IT!!!
