We wanted to sit down. The lobby was open but when we went inside she told us we couldn't eat in there. The smell was atrocious. It wasn't clean. They had family members in there just sitting around. Went through the drive through.....got the wrong food. It was just a horrible experience. Should've just left after we couldn't sit down but my bf was tired and we didn't want to make anymore stops. ?
Just picked up our drive thru order. Hot, fresh food and a very pleasant young lady handled our order quickly. Enjoyed???
I have spent in excess of 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Inside dining is closed and I was only 5 cars back. I think they are looking for the cow.
The lobby wasn't open because the roof leaking but it wasn't raining. The parking lot has holes all in it. The service at the drive through was good.
Took my grandson for breakfast. Wish I knew everyone by name. They were awesome
Nice staff. Sometimes it can take awhile to get your food here but most of the time it is quick service.
Service was good. Gentleman working at the window was very nice but unfortunately like most places nowadays not enough help. So it took a while to get my food but at least it was good and hot
New Fries are Terrible, won’t be back till the old fries Return!
They changed the fries. They are absolutely horrible. I won’t go back until they bring the old fries back.
Was denied service for not wearing a mask which is understandable except the fact none of the 15 people in the store including the manager whom denied me service or the employees i could see in the store was not wearing a mask. The double standard was enough to cause me to just leave otherwise I would have just gone out to my car and got my mask.im truly confused as to why I was singled out as all I did was walk in the door and the only difference I could see from me and the other patrons was the color of my skin. Very disappointed as I dont have a Krystals where I live and I stop here every time I drive thru from LA to AL to see or get my daughter
