I will never go here again. I had to ask the cashier to take my order. She had an attitude the entire time. I was paying $40 on a gift card and the rest in cash with a $100 bill. My total was $44.68, so my change was supposed to be $95.32. It took her forever to bring me change and when she did she only gave me $40. When I told her what my change should have been she argued with me that I told her to only use $3 of the gift card which I didn't. The manager in the back overhead the whole conversation and acted like we weren't even there. A girl from the back that wasn't the manager came and fixed everything and gave me the correct change. The cashier at that point when I told her she shouldn't treat her customers that way told me to shut up and leave her alone and disappeared to the back of the kitchen and was never seen again. I would advise everyone to get their chicken elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.
I ordered a 12 piece bucket. There were only 11 pieces inside. Only 1 piece was a breast. The wings were extra small. None of the chicken was fresh. It was as if it had been sitting around all day. Avoid this location.
placed my order in the app at 710 at my house a mile away. got to the store 5 minutes later, doors are locked, can't pick up the order inside. get in drive thru line and to the window 10 minutes later. my order hasn't been received. worked catches attitude with me about not believing I placed my order and cannot give me anything from my order. tells me to pull up. 5 minutes later, she tells me my order finally came through. 20 minutes later, still no food, but you've charged my card $38 for my food. 8 cars gabe gone around me while I wait for my food. order was to be ready at 750. it's not 817 and still no food.
Never have pot pies. People really nice though.
whoever was working the drive thru speaker at about 12:30 today is the first lady i have come across at this location to EVER have manners and be polite.
Just went to KFC at 12:50 pm on 02/04/2022. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the KFC Bowl, with NO corn and extra cheese. I get home to eat, and not only is the bowl FULL of corn, there is not ONE piece of chicken in it. ?♀️ I know y’all can do better than this - this is sad.The lid on the right is the corn, that I did NOT want. The bowl on the left is the potatoes and gravy, and very small amount of cheese.I’m super disappointed with this. Wasted my money on lunch that I can’t even eat!!!
On three past October have stopped there to place an order. The time on the window says they open at 10:30 am. After sitting there for ten minutes meaning it was 10:40 no one got on their speaker to ask what I wanted. There were several other cars in line and we all left. If you open at ten thirty then open. You lost at least four customers
They were very busy and I didn't have to wait long because young man that was taking the orders was extremely efficient and productive and I enjoyed our meal when I got home
Food was ok. Drive thru is slow. They were out of sweet tea
Apparently the manager Michael thinks it’s ok to handle customers food with no gloves while eating and licking his fingers clean. I didn’t know he was the manager but that’s who he claims he was when I asked to speak to the manager. He did not care and told me to go ahead and call corporate and tell them whatever. Haven’t eaten KFC in years and will never again!!! ?
