Ordered my family a meal today at 5:01 pm. Called at 5:44 pm to see why my tracker was showing my order was still being prepared. I was told my order was 5 down on the list and that’d it be to my door in 30 mins. Called back at 6:54 because the tracker was stilling showing it was still being prepared. They told me it would be 3 hours and that I was about 20 orders down the list and if I couldn’t handle that they’d cancel my order. The man I spoke to the second time was extremely rude and did not want to help solve the problem. I’m not one to complain because I know things happen, but it shouldn’t take 5 hours to get a meal delivered and you certainly shouldn’t treat your customers that way. I offered to come pick it up if they’d have it ready and give a discount, but he said no. They certainly will not get my business again. Worst customer service ever!
I order 2-3 times a week and 95% of the time my order is wrong!! Even after I call a member of management to oversee my order, they still get it wrong! The managers have an awful attitude when you complain as if it's your fault they mess up the orders. This location needs some major changes!
Everything was good. I really don't like ordering on-line but it was quick and easy. I put the order in, in the parking lot. Went inside, paid, grabbed something to drink with my three boys. In no time I had my hot pizza in hand. Everyone was nice. They seem to have a really good system in place to get the orders out as quickly as possible without affecting the quality of their service and food. We ate until we could not eat any more. I will be back soon. I highly recommend this location. Wish I had pictures but I am not onr of those people. I will try to remember it next time.
We order once a week and the order is always correct! The employees are so nice and professional! We love this store!!
Weird small little kitchen in a gas station but they were nice and food didn't disappoint.

I love the service! But so times it takes too long to get your orders! I love the management team at this store! The delivery drivers are the best! Thank you so much for being a great place to work and to feed my family when I do not want to cook!
Excellent customer service every time we call in…we changed to this location from the location nearest to our home…better service and better food
Too bad there isn’t a negative star. That’s what they would receive from me. One pizza order was COMPLETELY WRONG and the other pizza looked as if it had been sitting around all day. Good luck ordering from here.
