Today was just bad. We ordered 2 chicken strip baskets the fries tasted like raw potatoes, so I went back and asked for more fries lady cook in the back mumling saying the fries was done. She dumps the old fries out of our boxes with our food over the garbage can, then went back and put the exact same fries that wasn't even cooked all the way. You could tell the lady cook had the most horrible attitude problem like she doesn't want to be at work. The lady at the front was so nice I don't understand.
Don't bother ordering an ice cream cone here. You're as likely to get one half melted with a stale cone as you are to get one that's edible. I don't know if it's because they pull a cone when the machine is still freezing the ice cream, or if they pull one and leave it sitting out before they serve it, but common sense would tell you no one wants to pay $4 for liquid ice cream.

I ordered the chicken basket. The chicken and fries wasn't fresh. The employee, I couldn't tell who works there are not. you have 1 guy back there with a cap and a hooded on and another guy with shade on. But Kasazwha was so nice and professionally and my ice cream was the only thing that was good.
Every time I decide to give the place another try because my kids like the ice cream. No one inside no one in the drive thru and they take my order and ask me to pull around then after 10 minutes waiting I have to go inside to find all them standing around talking Service is horrible

This was the FIRST Dairy Queen we saw on our way home from Gatlinburg. We took the exit and ordered us some Blizzards as a treat! They were perfect!
Food is outrageously expensive. Customer service is poor, food is AWFUL never again
