Very unorganized. The bartender was extremely slow. The manager walked into bar and saw the huge line but asks them if they were doing ok…..proceeded to stare at us all. Then asked who needed help. The entire line raised their hand. Took 30min to get one drink and by then our food was out. The food was quick and my wife’s burger was very good. My brisket was very very dry. The ketchup had fermented it had sat outside so long in the heat. Tasted extremely sour. All in all, we won’t be back. Not for $80 for 4 people.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the cashier was nice. It took a while to get our food the portions are small I ordered a Philly cheese steak wrap combo it wasn't what I expected. They forgot my fries so another wait no dressing for my side salad ,and we ordered a back porch punch 15 minutes went by we had to remind them to bring our drinks. The cost for me was $28.52 there was 3 of us. This was my first visit here they weren't crowded so I don't know. Overall I would recommend them anyway we all have a off day maybe they were under staffed, but I'm willing to go again hopefully a better experience ?
My daughter and I stopped in to Burger and Blues this afternoon and we had the Philly cheesesteak wrap, onion rings and chicken bites as an appetizer. Everything was great and our bartender (James) was very informative in every way. I have to say that the onion rings were the best I have ever had. They were more than perfect and I will definitely be going back to get the onion rings and try another entree. I will be spreading the word on how great ever was.
I loved the onion rings. Delightfully tasty. I had the BNB burger and added bacon. At one point I had grease dripping down my chin but it wasn’t overly greasy. Tom had the ribs that had great flavor but were a little dry. One of the 14-year olds had the buffalo chicken wrap that she deemed salty and didn’t eat much of. I wasn’t a fan of the coleslaw - kinda cool-ish and I like my slaw cold. It also had a strange flavor I couldn’t place. The mac and cheese was a hit with the table. The other 14-year okd had the BNB burger and was finished before everyone else. I’m going to say she liked it.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. They were busy, which was fine, so we sat outside on the patio to be seated quicker. We placed our order for 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, they had a guy playing live music. His speaker was way too loud for that small space. You couldn't understand anything he sang because of the volume and had to yell at the person next to you to talk. We waited an hour, the server never came back and we never got our food. We were trying to be understanding since they were busy, but 2 tables that got there 40 minutes after us got food. I will never eat here again and make sure to let people I know not to waste their time.Edit: Our friends who had already eaten ordered cheesecake that never came
Food took forever and the music on the patio was obscenely and extremely obnoxiously loud. My table was unable to have a conversation from a foot away.Edit: We never got our food, tables that came in after ours got theirs. We didn't even get appetizers or the slices of cheese cake we ordered. Every member of our group left with a massive head ache. Worst experience I've ever had.
My husband's burger and onion rings were great. My grilled chicken was okay and the broccoli could have used some seasoning. The waiter Austin was not very friendly and never came back to our table to check on us after taking our order.
My husband and I had an early supper with my daughter and granddaughter this evening. We ordered burgers and fries and a chicken basket for our granddaughter. All three of our burgers were lukewarm like they’d been in a warmer for a while. Our waiter was nice enough, but didn’t come back to check on us until we were almost done. My husband and I ate ours because we were starving, but our daughter only took one bite of hers and left it on the plate. We told the waiter that we ate because we were hungry, but the burgers tasted like yesterday’s burgers. He didn’t comment nor was our ticket adjusted. We were very disappointed and not sure when/if we’ll be back.
Amazing food and service. I had the patty melt and tater tots. Was fresh, hot and quick. Margarita was good as well. I will most definitely be eating here more often.
Just had the GREATEST country fried steak I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Well worth my $10. Can’t wait until next Thursday. Paired well with taters and corn. I’ll try the green beans next time.
