This is the 3rd time I have order, as always whopper with cheese only mayo. Simple, right??Guess not cause all 3 times has have gotten a whopper without cheese with everything on it and I DISLIKE ONIONS!!!!Never will I return for this treatment.Thank you Burger King for reteaching me to just cook at home.This was not worth the money or time I wasted.
I came here and bought 5 sausage and Biscuits. I made the circle and told them these biscuits were too hard and could I please have some more biscuits. They then proceeded to just reheat the hard biscuits and give them back to me. If I wanted them reheated I would have just done it myself. I then called multiple times but I got no reply, and I had no time to turn around. It just hurts to know they would willingly give out this horrible food to customers. Just lazy workers that day who didn’t want to do their jobs.

8:30 am ordered double bacon croissan'wich and hash browns. first of all they left the hash brown out of the bag had to circle around and go back to go get it and food was cold how is your food cold for breakfast the sandwich was tasteless and cold and hash brown where ice cold this is pathetic and the team act like they didn't even care most of them were just sitting around on countertops looking bored I will not come back here I will just go to the donut shop next door where I know they're croissants are hot and I get better service
Quality first.... little slow but picked up...no complaints good as always.
Very slow. We were the only ones there. My husbands cheese was just thrown on the burger . Never melted. I waited so long just to order in the drive through and no one else was in the drive through but me. When we got to the window the worker was in his phone.I asked for whopper no cheese I got cheese. I’m allergic!!! Terrible terrible service
This place is awful. I ordered three whoopers. Two of the three had meals and the third was just large fries and sandwich. The first order was correct. The second order was correct. However the third was WRONG. I asked for cheese and got NO CHEESE. Secondly I asked for no mayo and they put more than enough Mayo on it. Last I ordered large fries and didn’t get NO FRIES. I didn’t even get a receipt. Guess they didn’t want me to contact them and complain. If this wasn’t the closest one to me, I would have said forget it. You definitely don’t get it your way here. I don’t plan to return. By the way the dining room is NOT OPEN.
Food was hot, sandwiches were neatly put together. Good tasting french fries. Drive thru window employee was very pleasant.
Good Afternoon, I just left the Burger King in Brandon, I wanted a strawberry shake, why is their machine is always down and why do they tell you to wait behind the pole. The lady didn’t give me a receipt because she didn’t want me to complain.the time was 1:15 pm on November 16, 2021. Thank you
Wanted to enjoy Whopper and bacon cheeseburgers with fries. Was very disappointed in the half cold whopper . Also the whopper had a slice of tomato that was the hard end near stem and could not be bitten. Suspect the items had been in warmer too long . Will not order whopper again.
