The food was extremely soggy and tasted old. I spent more than $40 and we threw it out. Our drinks (large) where all half or less full. Very very disappointed.

They seen like they doesn't want to cook. Either they saying the system down or they are closed. They need people that want to work. It's seems like they don't want to work it will be an open and close business because they will not make money like this.

Terrible and disgusting! Pulled up at the drive through at 6:47. Did not get food until 7:07. Employees were standing around not doing anything. Food was disgusting also. I don’t think you could pay us to go back... ever.
If there was a way for me to mark no stars I would. Bumpers would be really convenient for me to walk to get lunch but with the rude service I receive just about every time I go, I won't come back. I will take my business to Chick-fil-A.
They always close an hour to 2 hours before actual closing time. Employees are always rude, very customer service Unfriendly. And why is it they newer have bananas fit banana splits and never have caramel. I thought it was wonderful that Bumpers came to our area. From my experience with Bumpers everything rated way below zero they are actuallyMinus-5 stars

Absolutely disgusting. My order was incorrect. It took forever to even be spoken to. Had to speak twice and the lady was rude about it. Total waste of money. I took a bite and threw the rest away. Would not recommend this place. Oh and the burger looked pathetic. Would give 0 stars but i can't.
