I was very disappointed in my meal. I upcharged to get fried rice. It was as tasteless as plain rice. I paid near $17 for rice and sesame chicken. I then ordered noodles. They were also tasteless. The server was inappropriate repeatedly calling my daughter and I "sweetheart"
I eat here regularly and I just wanted to say that the Manager’s Customer Service tonight was a very Sub-Par. I get the same thing every time but she insisted on arguing me down about Sushi prices that were right above her head. I’m appalled and saddened that I had to go through such scrutiny for sushi.

They are going to have to up their game to make it. It was food. Very little flavor. Apparently the AC was not working either.
The Thai rice dishes they have are pretty good. The problem is the rude woman that works the register at night. She is an absolute nightmare. We have patronized the restaurant numerous times so you would think they would appreciate that. They close at 9:00 and I walked in at 8:35 to make an order.While she was ringing someone else up she shouts over them at me and asks if I have a takeout order. I said that I wanted to make one. She quickly interjeced, " I stop taking orders at 8:30." They have not stopped in the past nor does the sign say that. Why say your open until 9 and not say there is a cutoff, or just say there is whenever you want to? Not smart to runoff repeat customers.
Food was overseasoned to the point it was hard to eat. Sushi was small portions. Service was good and fast as the redeeming point.
Food is great and hostess is SUPERB. My family goes there regularly because she always greets us with a smile! Monday-Saturday!
If zero stars was a thing I would chose it. Horrible workers they're so mean and food is expensive.
I love coming to Bonfire Grill, because the food taste amazing! However, the lady at the front who takes the orders, is very RUDE! She makes you not want to step foot in there again! You can tell by her facial expression that she doesn’t want to be there, from taking orders over the phone to taking them in the restaurant! If she doesn’t like her job, she should just quit!
