The service was terrible. Slooooooow! The employee who seated us refused to clear tables and after seating us, simply enjoyed sitting at the bar. The table next to us stayed uncleared the entire hour +. Waitress was non attentive forcing us to catch her when we could for refills, clearing plates, ordering additional items and finally the bill, which she was super quick on that part of the experience! Food was marginal. Unfortunately, first and last time here.
The food was great and our server was great as well.

Your local Asian reviewer here. Place is great quality sushi for its price and location.Honestly my favorite sushi place in the jackson area, and after 2-3 visits, the quality has been consistent and the sashimi is fresh. Has a good selection of alcohol as well!
The food here is great. In fact, we order to go from here 2-3 times a month. Unfortunately, without fail, we order on the app, it says ready in 45, and it is never ready in 45. Every time I arrive to pick up (and for some time now I’ve been arriving about 1:10 or so after I order), I’m told, “they’re just waiting on this one thing”, or something to that effect. And it just seems to never be one quick thing they’re waiting on. I never get on Facebook and review restaurants, unless I have something positive to say, but I’m tired of the poor service and am just going to have to find another sushi restaurant. Writing this while waiting on the order that I placed 1:40 ago at this point… I know how hard staff is to find right now but just say “it’s going to be 2 hours” up front.
While I was here I experienced inconsistent hours and purposefully ignoring phone calls, at 7 pm while the posted hours run until 9. The food is good, but seeing them turn away dozens of customers who arrived 2 hours before posted hours is a shame. Update the hours if you do not plan on staying open but do not force people to guess and hope that you will be open. I will be looking to other restaurants who have more consistent business hours. This is not a one day issue the customers who entered all stated that the hours have been irregular for weeks.
Terrible service. Tried to eat hear and was told they not seating people at 7:55 when they close at 9pm. Why say you open till 9pm if you don’t stand behind that?
I love the sushi here, and I am a frequent visitor. I usually get take-out. Order ahead online through their website. Some favorite rolls include the Tiger, Four Season, Rocky 3, Salmon and/or Tuna Naruto, Spicy Shrimp, Spicy Tuna, Salmon Avocado, Eel Avocado.
We eat here at least once a week. The best sushi and hibachi in the area with the nicest staff. I highly recommend trying them out!
If you haven’t..... you definitely should. Everything from the water all the way to the ultimate roll is 6 star!
