I have had better service at other Waffle House locations. The lady behind the counter did not want to listen to my order. She cut me off mid sentence to ask me something I had already told her. I asked for eggs over easy and they were over cooked. Like a hard scrambled. There are nicer locations.
My son, Keke, and I love having breakfast and seeing our favorite waitress Lisa in the mornings! She is the most kind and bubbly woman! Her heart is so big and filled with so much love to give to her guests. We only come when she is working because she is the reason we go to Waffle House. Not to mention we live four exits over, yet we drive just to see her! Thank you Lisa for making our mornings the absolute best and giving us phenomenal service. You are truly a jewel! Waitress was rude and lack of attention. No coffee refill. Not sure if cook was to blame on over easy eggs or if Waitress didn't write it down, but eggs came back well done.
I enjoyed the breakfast. Ms. Lisa at store #1367 was a wonderful hostess and the chef's food was good, tasty and filling.

I called twice no one answers the phone about 12:30 a.m.. drive by the parking lot thinking oh I guess they're really busy the parking lot was just about empty two cars. I saw one of the servers staying in there in the lobby look like she was talking. Back in the day we could call waffle House get our order promptly have it ready when we pulled up with a full parking lot. Goes to show you good help is hard to find these days. They call it the awful house
My husband and I really enjoyed the food;it was an amazing breakfast.The staff was very nice and location was very convenient from our hotel.We were very pleased.
This young crew really did a Good job. Hot, fresh, correct food in a very timely manner. We sat at the counter and was served by Trevor.
