Service was great. The lady I had was so sweet. They got hit right after we came in at around 12am. She came up to us before taking their orders, while they was sitting and getting situated, made sure she refilled our drinks and we was good before she got busy with the many people that piled in. I was very pleased with her. I wish I remembered her name but she was 3rd shift crew. Food not so great. Chicken was cooked so long it was dry as can be an chewy, my scramble eggs had shells through out it. Every bit I took had a piece of a shell. Cook didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I use to work 3rd shift and loved it but I know how boring and slow it can be. Then you get big crowds for about an hour then die and that happens throughout the night. So I understand the feeling but if you don't do the food right then no one gonna come at all. Hope it was just a bad night for him and not a usual night.
The food and service was great up until I saw the waitress serving us picking her nose! Gross! She also blew her nose and left the tissue on the counter! Please educate the staff on infection control
Stopped in this morning after work for a small bite and Ciara took care of me and did a great job. She will be a good addition to y'alls team. Food was also hot and delicious so keep up the good work.
This waffle house is awesome. The food is always delicious. They're always keeping up with the cleanliness and the staff is great.

Men's room sink had no water faucets working so you couldn't wash your hands.Staff friendly food delicious especially my favorite the grilled chicken bacon sandwich with hash browns with onions.Service quick and efficient. Except for water faucets not working a good experience
Waitress ignores you once the food is handed out. Grits were not cooked my boyfriend sent them back but was still charged for them. All he order was. Bowl of grits and toast but only ate the toast but was charged with both. My egg was burnt and hashbrowns wasn't cooked .
Food was really good but didn't appreciate the worker with a loud mouth shouting at other waitresses.
Food was good but because I had a to-go order I had to wait longer to get my food when about 4 tables ordered after me and got their food before me.
Terrible experience, I won't go back a couple of waitresses, I guess by the conversation were in a relationship. And all they did was argue, I work near by but I won't go there to eat again. I ate my food in a rush and left.
