We were Welcomed, By ALL OF The Employees n were Serviced as soon possible, even though they were Extremely Busy!!! The Food was Perfect!!!
7/4/22. Lunch time rush. It was chaotic and super busy, BUT the crew was aaaaamazing! Super friendly, teamwork vibe and fast delicious service. Thank y’all.
I can honestly say I enjoyed my food here. We walked in and all tables, everything was packed. We waited maybe 5 minutes. Everyone was sweet and friendly. You could tell people got food, ate, cleared out, table was cleaned new people was seated. Service and food was great! As we left we noticed a line outside was forming. Apparently everyone knows about the great food and service they provide here.
Terrible service! I waited 30mins to get waited on. Then an employee stopped my server (whom was new) from calling out my order, just so she could call hers out to the cooks. 20 more minutes later she called my order out and left. It didn't stop there....I actually got my food 15more minutes later. With the help of another person who just came in for her shift. If I hadn't traveled 18 hours that day, I would've just left. Oh, did I mention my order was wrong as well?!
The place was packed, but table turnover was quick. Service was excellent. Our waitress was Tora, and she was on top of everything. The food was decent and pretty good value. All prices on the menu include tax.
Best waffle house we've ever visited and we visit many when we travel since we don't have them in Wisconsin. Rodney the manager has an amazing crew and he doesn't hesitate to step in when needed. All waitresses were super friendly and service was fast even though it was busy.
what a wonderful breakfast! All of the staff are so friendly and the cooks turn out some great food. I am old now, but back in my youth I worked one year at a Waffle House. Format still the same because it works. Tell the staff Job well done!
Great. The waitress's were courteous, respectful and talkative. The restaurant is in line of view of the Towering Beau Rivage Casino and great deals in menu prices for your every meal of any occasion.Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week there is unlimited optiona for how you want to dine in or take out your food.
The staff was charming and wonderful southern charm lives at the waffle house only down side is that wouldn't deliver even to a hotel and I'm disabled.
I ordered my hash browns well done, and they were over well done. But everything else was great. The customer service was FANTASTIC, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WAFFLE HOUSE. AND THEY GAVE ME A SLICE OF PIE. BECAUSE IT WAS MY 63RD BIRTHDAY 2/12.
