Whoever was at the drive-thru was great. He was talkative and friendly. Other than leaving something off my order it was not bad.
I went in and ordered 3 bean burritos and was given some cinnamon twist sticks for the wait. I waited for the balance of ordering in a clean Environment with no one dining on at the time and very spacious for a party but was alone. The personally was very busy sorting out drive through customers and got me the food also while in In_dine walk in and I thanked them and left.The food was to hot for me to eat but was well appreciated. A wonderful hard working man (which is unattainable now a days), Cole, was absolutely amazing! Too bad his supervisor fussed at him in front of me! He was professional; she was not! But shout out to Cole!
Y'all's distributor SUCKS. Every franchise in south MS is ALWAYS out of something and pretty often out of EVERYTHING.
Went into the lobby first thing as it opened. Lobby was already dirty like the closing crew didn't clean it. Food all over the floors, touch screens for self ordering were dirty and sticky. Pretty much all the salsas we're out, no lids or straws for the drinks, drink station was sticky. Straw wrappers all over the salsa station. Always out of every soda possible but like 3. This store seems like they don't care for the lobby at all. Also went through the drive through a week ago and was told I wasn't allowed to have two orders in one car even though I know for dam sure that's not the case. The drive through has never asked if I wanted salsa with my orders, I've always had to ask. If I was the store manager I would be embarrassed. The staff also never seemed to give a dam about being the nicest at the drive through. They always seem to have a give me your money and leave attitude. I would not recommend this store to anyone that wants to eat in a clean restaurant and have a half decent experience overall.
Not sure why Taco Bell did away with half the items and bringing them back slowly. I will keep waiting for the Taco Salad and Mexican Pizza but they to hurry up!!!
It's a taco bell. The person seemed to be the only person working the counter and drive through, which I'm sure completely sucks. They made my food wrong, but not bad enough to go back inside. There is usually always a line here from 11 to 1 on weekdays so try to get there early.
Taco Bell is clean the staff was very polite and quick and the food was in a good didn't find anything wrong with anything it was a little bit dirty though that could have cleaned up better than I did in light of the situation that we go through I'm appreciative that we still got people trying to keep everything cleaning our restaurants but yeah they could have been a little bit better
I normally order really complicated orders with lots of modifications. This taco bell has never messed it up once while picking all the stuff I do. Otherwise there isn't too much to say about a Taco Bell. They got tacos, burritos, and other authentic Mexican cuisine.
I will never eat tacobell again!!! First they never get your order right, then they take forever to give it to you. It bothers me that they don't listen to me despite me spending money there. I was giving old food on more than one account
