It is my birthday weekend. We have truly enjoyed the Sugar Factory
Drinks were awesome, rainbow sliders yummy as well as the Sugar Factory Club sandwich and chicken and waffles. Only issue we had was that we felt VERY rushed by our waiter Tyler when we asked for more water and he brought them out in to go cups. He didnât bother to ask if we wanted dessert or more drinks or filled our waters. Just gave my husband the check. My husband explained 4 times to him that he was traveling on business and needed the food on one bill and the drinks on another and it took about an hour to get things straightened out. The food and atmosphere was great, the lack of attention from our server ruined the evening. Will visit the Las Vegas one when we visit. Think Tyler was too into being the main birthday/ Sunday dancer.
We were just here last week and we already returned. Table of 8 all had a great time no complaints. Alexz went above and beyond yet again. Desiree on the candy side was SO HELPFUL and sweet. We will be back again im sure
Food wasnât all that good for as much as you pay. Also most of my dishes were dirty with old food, but server was good.
Great place to being out of town guests. I do it all the time! Great atmosphere ! Great music!
Upon arrival the wait to be seated was very long. We (2 of us) were the only people in line. We eventually got tired of standing at the hostess stand and sat down waiting to be seated. Shortly after we sat down a taller gentleman who may have seemed to be a manager came from the kitchen and said he would be with us in just a minute. He then proceeded to go over to the bar top area where he spent about 10 minutes at the POS system. The restaurant only had two servers working that night it seemed. While waiting to be seated the two of them made eye contact with us several times and completely ignored us. Our waiter, Tyler, even came to the hostess stand at one point to grab a phone off the charger. The other waitress eventually came to seat us in Tyler’s section. Once we were seated our server, Tyler was great and presented positive energy…even with it being 12 a.m.The food was edible and the price not so bad.If it wasn’t for the absurd wait time at the hostess stand, our experience might have been better.
I reserved a reservation for 10:45pm, we arrived at 10:45 and didnât get seated until 10:57. Once seated, we asked for the full menu, we were told the full menu is not available because we had a reservation after 10:30pm, we were not made aware that we needed to make a reservation before 10:30 to get the full menu. The experience was horrible, especially for us as first timers. The manager made excuses and basically told us that we shouldâve called beforehand to know that the full menu stop after 10:30, but how do people know to call if you reserve online and the online system doesnât state, âFull Menu will be not served after 10:30pmâ Very disappointed!
If I were going to have a birthday in biloxi I would have it here. A little loud (music was booming) but the food and service were great. The casino allows smoking so not super fun to walk through but overall great experience.
Awesome Sauce. Been wanting to try this place!!! Sugar Factory is high energy and eclectic. Waitress x10 great and food was outstanding. We had Mac n cheese lollipops, chicken n waffles. Our drinks were pink party and
Way too loud if you have sound-sensitive kids. My waiter was the one who had to dance out carrying the ice cream for birthday parties so we constantly had to compete with the party tables for his attention. He even went as far as telling us to give him our order "real quick" so he could run over and do another party celebration. Great place for celebrations, not for just a regular night out for dinner.
