So, it’s 6:09pm in a Friday… I pull up and was happy not to see a huge line. I noticed a car parked on the side of the building and there were 2 people in it. Whatever…. I walk in and there is NO One in the store. I walk to the door and she gets out of the passenger side of the car. Is on her phone…. Put a cigarette out outside. Didn’t have a name tag but she has brown jar with red in the back. I’ve been coming to this location for a number of years. Guess the owner changed or something. The last several months service has been bad. But tonight, with her in a car!!! Oh, stayed on the phone too for a minute

Ordered online. Went to location to pick upand gave last name order placed under.Was told we do not have that order. Must be at another location. Never asked for first name. Went to vehicle and called to check location and I was at correct one. Went back in and a different employee checked after giving both names and said "it has been here all along." Then I had to give them some idea of what the order consisted. Bear in mind, the food isn't for me personally but for friends visiting.Older male employee who first asked if I could be helped was rude and nothg helpful.The younger female employee was courteous, helpful, pleasant. They were the only two there and it was not busy.
Fast service, no wait, easy access. Hidden away at the end of a strip mall.
Pitifully small amount of meat in wrap when delivered. Amount of meat in the wrap was less than what you would get in half the wrap. Called the store and all I got was “sorry”. Will NEVER order from this store again, either for pickup or delivery.
Always good, clean, tasty.I like this location and the staff here very much.
Came in at 8 she’s sitting there baking bread the door locked as if she’s closed either update your hours on the door or online would be great this is twice I’ve had a horrible experience here I won’t be back
Subway are thieves! I ordered delivery online through the app, entire order was wrong and even sandwich was wrong sandwich. I contacted the store and they said they do not give refunds. Then the Manager Taylor Gibson laughed at me, order # 48545BF6-DC. This is theft, avoid Subway at all costs.
