i specified multiple times that i did not want the ice-cream in the sour patch kid float. i said i only wanted the slushy. At the drive thru window, i literally told them i only wanted the slushy. i am so genuinely upset. i get they’re getting paid minimum wage/just above minimum wage but that doesn’t mean you can just not do your job. It wasn’t like they couldn’t make my order either, because they had done it before.
Ordered a burger & peanut butter shake (they were out of banana). At the window, the attendant handed me just the burger and thought that was it. I reminded her about the shake, and clearly enunciated "peanut butter". Two minutes later, she hands me a root beer float and says "good day". This wasn't a particularly busy time, either.
Randomly stopped making breakfast at 10am...the other day I was able to order a breakfast burrito for breakfast but apparently they only receive a small carton of eggs... it is literally the only thing I look forward to at Sonic. :(Yummy ocean water slush. Definitely recommend.
Friendly, helpful staff. My first time at a dine-in Sonic. Using the app is a little different. It asked me for a stall number. The staff explained what to do. Food was ready fast.
I ordered six different items and they only got one right. The mozzarella sticks were old. The popcorn chicken was just crumbs. We got 12 tater tots in our medium size tot. We got no sauces with anything. The only thing they got right was my cherry limeade. It was a very disappointing.
Went to get an Oreo blast. They didn’t blend the ice cream with the Oreos, they only put a little bit of Oreos on top. The fries are never fresh and the workers are rude. Better off going to the one on cedar lake .
I was going to dine in, but the dining area was dark and drab, and the food was just as bad. The burrito was gummy and inedible. I definitely won't be going back.
Messes up order almost every time, even if you order online. The shakes/blasts have lids but they are not needed, there is zero percent chance it will even be touched by ice cream. I gave an extra star because the employees are always very friendly.
Usually pretty good about order's, but epic fail this time. I won't be back. Need better management
Sorry lack of food for the price that was paid which was $35.28! Tried calling the number on receipt to let a member of mgmt know- there wasn’t one on staff
