The waiters are great but the manager is a racist! The food is aweful!! I watched him bluntly and openly disrespect this black lady that work for him. My husband and I both told him how we felt about it. He got mad and asked us to leave but we were on the way out anyway. I pray that God send this lady another job opportunity because working for a racist isn’t it!!! This place need to be shut down and reopened by someone that respect all ethnicities! My family nor anyone I know will NEVER eat here again!!!
Worst dining experience ever! We waited over 2 hour for our food then when we finally did get it they told one of our party they were out of what he ordered. They also forgot our appetizer and some of our sides. We had to talk to the manager about getting those items deducted from our bill and he was extremely rude. I believe the only reason they get business is because of their location and most of the tourist don’t know any better. Definitely steer clear of this one!
If you’re in Biloxi, this is the place to stop in for a bite to eat.We just wanted to grab a quick bite, something light and not fast food. We pulled in to Snapper’s and we were delighted! What we didn’t realize (until after we finished eating) was that we had walked in just before closing & were the last customers of the evening.I ordered the grilled chicken salad not only was it fresh and full of flavor, it was a pretty presentation!Shannon (our waitress) was friendly, attentive, and so upbeat you would have thought we were her first customers of the day!We will definitely stop in the next time we’re in Biloxi!Highly recommend Snapper’s!
this place if you expect customer service Saturday we sat at bar and there were 3 employees behind bar directly in front of my wife and I 2 males and 1 female We were completely ignored. After 6 minutes we walked towards door and the female asked if we needed anything.
Stopped just a few days ago. Spent a pleasant few hours on back porch viewing the coast. Enjoyed a few drinks and appetizers. Good staff, drinks and food. We had the tastiest hush puppies ever. Green fried tomatoes were excellent also.
We stopped here while traveling through. We chose to eat outside where there was a pretty view of the beach and the water. The service was really slow even though they were not at all busy. My husband ordered the crab cake sandwich but did not eat much of it because it was mostly filler. I had fried shrimp, which were okay but we expected much better food than what we had.
We order a little of everything and it was delicious!! And out Waitress Holly Gail was amazing!! Would definitely go there next time in Biloxi
Food is really good! Stephanie is excellent! Alligator dinner!!!! Alligator Acadian and Seafood Gumbo are a must :o)
What a place. My boyfriend and I went because boiled crawfish was the one thing he had yet to eat during our trip. This was one of few places open on Easter Sunday so we went. The inside is pretty dismal, but the back deck is nice with views of the beach. I’m not really a seafood eater and just ordered a margarita and fried pickles. The margarita could have used more ice but was otherwise good. My boyfriend got his boiled crawfish and thought they seemed pretty over cooked. Our server was absolutely delightful and very very funny, so I enjoyed talking to her!! I would suggest this place just for beers on the deck!
The food at Snapper's was good but a bit on the pricey side for not getting a ton of food, see pictures. I would still recommend it, all the food was good, the potato salad was delicious and the staff was great.
