Had to redo my rating. Wait staff very friendly. Ordered shrimp duo. Grilled shrimp was mushy and fried was cold. They take it back and I order a burger well done. Since it's getting late I have them pack to go. Server said Manager will stop by. Manager doesn't show nor make any adjustments to bill. Not a problem. I return to my hotel to eat my burger. Burger is medium well. This was your second attempt and it's still not right. I'll give you 2 1/2 stars for the server, salad, and cheese fries.
Stayed at Harrahs Gulfcoast and looked for a close place to eat. I decided on Saltgrass Steakhouse is it is a Laundry restaurant. No reservations, we arrived at 5:50 and was seated right away. Our waiter, Trey was our server. He was young and very energetic to provide us great service. The Saltgrass have a great lunch special until 6:00 pm. I ordered the bacon wrapped filet and my brother chose the Steal and shrimp. Everything was Fantastic. They bring you a nice bread and butter. The salad was really good too. If you are in Biloxi I totally recommend Saltgrass Steakhouse, Ask for Trey, You won’t be disappointed.
Food and service are good at this Saltgrass location. Great salad and steaks but fried shrimp and mac n cheese was just okay.
Great atmosphere, our steak was wonderful, shrimp was good…No complaints on anything really… Servers did a good job keeping up with the big crowd…
April was a great and attentive sever. Steak was good and so was shrimp. Wife loved the shrimp and cream cheese peppers. Pricey
We had an outstanding experience at Saltgrass. Outstanding service combined with excellent food. Very good value.
Yeehaw! Great steakhouse awesome food and drinks. Lots of great dead animals on the wall and great service. This place is amazing beautiful decor exactly what you want in a steakhouse. Able to sit quickly and eat. Steaks were made perfectly and so are the drinks. Lots of choices on the menu. Love Mississippi! People here are amazing.
We were not satisfied with the service nor the food. The service was completely SLOW.. we had 5 in our party and they brought a little bun with butter.. 5 minutes later another little bun.. coffee had to be brewed as they did not have any made.. they brought the coffee.. it was lukewarm.. they forgot all the salads.. I asked for medium well steak.. well, mine was moo-ing.. by the time they brought it back to me, I was almost done with the meal.. NEVER AGAIN!! This place is off my list!!
Our server Tia was top notch! friendly, fast, and efficient. Steaks and fried shrimp were excellent. get carrot cake to take home if you're full. lol trust me it's that good.
the service was terrible, the room was too cold.
