Resume selling French (Catalina) dressing. It has been a tradition in the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 50 years. Expect to see a significant decline in sales in this area if Pizza Hut does not resume selling French dressing.
If I can just get what I order on my pizza I would be satisfied.
The only issue I have is Make sure the wings are sauced. I received some extra hot wings and it only had a dab of sauce but other than that everything was good
Had a really pleasant experience...ordered online for pickup. Two things surprised me, as I tried pizza hut after a really long time. The quality of food has improved a lot and the service has really good. Arrived few min ahead and the staff were friendly and store was clean...
Theres a menu with no prices.. Im like rhis cant be real you have ask them everything lile a kid dont have time. Then the have the nerve to want to charge for crush peppers you should be giving them away for inconvenience.Worker left a lit cigarette on the seal so when u walk into the building the smoke cane with you.
AFTER MY LAST RECENT ORDER THAT WAS FOR DELIVERY, I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED. THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME AND WHEN I CALLED THE PIZZA HUT LOCATION THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE PIZZA HUT MY BUSINESS SGAIN AND I WILL SUGGEST TO ALL MY FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME
Customer service was lackluster. Honestly I feel like it was racially motivated. When we walked in we werent greeted. Just a dry monotone voice by a guy named Doug. It is sad that people come in wanting a mere gesture of professionalism and what you get is a rude person who clearly doesnt take their job and its core values seriously.
The service was really quick. My order arrived about 10 early and was piping hot
