Delivery person was very polite despite the rainstorm and apologized for her rain gear. I should have been apologizing. Food was hot and delicious.
Large stuff crust pizza was all crust and no pizza toppings. The wing sauce was nothing but gross separated oil. It was however, hot and fast.

Pizza Hut is always delicious. Never a disappointment. It's actually the only pizza place I eat. On this night, my family of 4 had two medium pizzas, bread sticks, boneless wings and cinnamon sticks. Everything was good.

Whoever is working nights here is terrible. Get put on hold for 20m and they hang-up. Call back thinking its a issue and try placing an order again, they pick up and hang up. I get that it can get busy, but I'd rather be told it'll be awhile rather than hung up on multiple times.
It's a pizza hut, you know what you're getting in terms of food. The place is pretty nicely located and not hard to get in and out of, the staff at this one seems to be considerably nicer than the one about 10 minutes down the road. The very nice lady was working alone one day and had a lot of orders it seemed. I received my order in under 15 minutes which was pretty impressive, especially considering the phone didn't stop the entire time I was in there and she had a stack of pizzas waiting to be picked up.
No Customer Service! When I am not sick I order from the app. Seniors on SSI! My husband walked in and he doesn’t know about a smart phone. His order was $5 more than our usual order he got a medium not a large. That is discrimination to seniors. All they had to do when they got his phone number and pulled up his account was to see what we usually ordered or at least say “we have a $10 carry out special. Especially if he was confused! They pulled up our account but did not give us a points credit either. So we got a smaller pizza that cost $5 more and NO POINTS! I called to complain but the night manager (Adam) pretty much said TOO BAD! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We pay your salary, even the old people.
my 8 piece boneless wings were plain the sauce was poured into the bottom of the container & the boneless wings just sat on top of the sauce. it was ridiculous. On a positive note, the delivery driver was very kind.
Always have been my fave pizza place. They closed the one in Gulfport after covid-19 pandemic.
