Manager was a very cool and easy to talk with. She offered lunch specials that fit what I was looking for! The lobby was very clean and neat!! Being new in town, I'd definitely be back! Thank you Kristie.
I've had Papa John's elsewhere and this was one of the locations that I can say is one of the few disappointing experiences I've ever had, staff seemed friendly but the store was a mess, I got back to the hotel I was staying at and the dough was raw on both my pizzas, however the wings at this store were a lot juicier than I've had at most. Overall the service was okay but I saw crusty hard doughs sitting up and there were flies landing on them, I don't think I saw anyone wash their hands once.overall in my opinion it isn't close to the worse experience I had at one of the Georgia locations, so I have to give this a moderate 3/10 but only for friendliness and how fast I got my food. Quality leaves much to be desired.
Huge cleanliness issue. Both employees went from touching the pizza dough and toppings to the cash register without washing their hands. Nasty considering they touch cash then go back to making pizzas. Where’s the gloves? ?
Pizza was good but the wings eeesshhhhhh. Barely any sauce and this was after receiving the wrong order.
Pizza was cold and I live 3 min down the road.. smh I would not recommend this place at all… they beat me around the bush on a new pizza!! They wouldn’t let me speak with a manger or nothing service was ridiculous****** TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK*****
The service was quick here and the pizza was alright. I wish they would have cooked it as ordered. It was supposed to be well done and forgot to check before I left. Also the crust was undercooked in the center.
Horrible service!!! Ordered a pizza online and requested text notifications which I never received, order confirmation stated 37 minutes on delivery time. After an hour I tried calling the restaurant only to get a recorded message saying they were closed and no way to speak to someone to see if my order was on its way or not. My family ended up eating leftovers and as we were getting ready for bed after eating get a knock on the door from a door dash delivery driver. I did not order through door dash and told her it was way too late and my family had already eaten as we were unable to reach anyone and I didn't want the pizza now. She apologized said she had only received notification for the delivery at 9:30pm, more than an hour after my order was placed and 30 minutes after their listed closing time. She showed me her message for my delivery and left the pizza. The boxes were not even warm at this point. We tried Papa Johns to get something different as we normally use Dominos, I should have stopped when I saw the prices as they were extremely high, but now I've paid way too much for pizza my family couldn't even eat!! Never ordering from this company ever again!!!
Delicious pizza, ready on time. Just get tired of getting inundated with tipping. Not sure why we tip when we pick it up. And delivery there is a charge for delivery, car charge and then the tip. Just not happy with how things are going. But food is good.
Have eaten at other pizza places my whole life and had never tried Papa John's, but now I will only eat Papa John's if I want pizza.
The head manager is so amazing ,she was so sweet and there very transgender friendly there ,it was great experience
