I have a lot of buffets at a lot of casinos and I must say this one is the best. Everything tasted wonderful

Everything was excellent that we ate!! Started with a great salad bar and worked our way thru Seafood, comfort food, meats & desert! Loved it all!! Ok, we ate WAY too much?
The good stuff: Great prices and zero resort fees, clean large rooms, some have wonderful water views. Gambling is fun and you win more than lose. Great restaurants with excellent prices and friendly staff. Check-in and out is very easy. Totally smoke free facility. Not so good: Zero help with luggage, curbside staff hide when they see people in front drive (why?), rooms cleaned only once a week, parking garage not close to hotel. A great casino for those traveling to Biloxi. This one if off the main strip, so parking is easier and there are less crowds. If only the staff would have offered to help with luggage, the visit would have been perfect. I found them hiding inside and chatting. Not a good first impression, especially since the luggage carts were no where to be found.
We stayed here for a business trip in the Biloxi area. The resort wonderful. The check-in process only took a couple of minutes and was very pleasant. Our room had a panoramic view of the bay, and I should note that it has an excellent thermostat to keep it cool. The room was spacious and very clean, including the jetted tub (which was sanitized). We took advantage of the buffet, which was exceptional - it had every cuisine imaginable, all being made fresh during the meal, along with great service. We also visited the casino, which is entirely smoke-free. The parking was ample and safe. I would highly recommend this for a weekend getaway with on-site entertainment. If you’re traveling for business, it’s very accessible to the main strip (just one block back or so), and easy to navigate to and from. The only con for me was the bed pillows - very uncomfy.
Great hotel, great amenities, great location. My one issue was the pillows in the room. Casino was great and non smoking. The buffet was one of the best buffets I have ever been to, quality food and exceptional service. Slots aren’t the loosest in town but still fun to play.
We enjoyed our stay at the Palace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed in them. Plenty of good food options on site. Pool was very nice. Only complaint was the slots were not very giving, did nothing but lose here.
The rooms are large and very comfortable. The hotel has nice views of the bay and if you stay up higher you can also see the Gulf. The service throughout the hotel is excellent. They keep it clean and the non-smoking casino is a plus for us. They have the best buffet on the strip and the hotel is convenient to other restaurants. We have stayed here several times. If you get a card in the casino you can get rooms very reasonable during the week. Check in is quick and parking is easy. The outdoor pool is heated and real nice.
It is great that its non smoking! Clean, the food venues good. The only complaint is that the bed and pillows were hard as all get out! With back problems, it made for rough night! Good people as well.
Smoke free Casino right on the gulf. We loved the place and if ever back in the area will definitely return. Hotel room was spacious and clean. In fact the whole place was spotless. We gambled a bit and nobody lost s the machines must be fairly loose. The Reward scheme was free and handed out free bets on registration which we all won cash on. The Buffet was immense with plenty of choice. You always know when a Buffet is good as you end up stuffed but still eating. Had a walk along the coast to another couple of casinos and if you have a family Margaritaville will keep the kids amused for hours. Highly reccomended.
