Best fries I’ve ever had. Very good burger. I was satisfied for sure
This is the second time I have tried Mugshots and both times I got the Texan or whatever it's called. I want to be able to give a 5 star rating sooo bad and I would if they had more options for their buns! See, I really like the burger patty itself, it tastes so good. But the buns... If you get the regular bun it's sweet and I can't stand a sweet bun. So the first time I ate here it got wasted. The patty was great but that over bearing sweet bun ruins it. So they have two other bun options... Gluten free and wheat. I haven't tried the wheat, I don't really want a burger on wheat bread so this time I chose the gluten free bread, thinking it would be the better option because they said it's not sweet, and it isn't. It's just the bread isnt soft at all and it has a nutty flavour almost like it's made out of almond flour I'm guessing. It was falling apart by the time I got home to eat it so it made it hard to eat. The bread is crumbly. I can't even eat the entire thing because it's just falling to pieces. Looks like I'm not coming back until they have more bun options. ? Wasting almost $13 on two different occasions was more than enough for me. Other than this it would be great! The patty itself has a great taste and I'll bet this Texas burger would be magnificent if it had a better bun... Maybe one just like the original, with the same exact texture just no sweetness. That would be perfect.

Quite disappointed.The good--1. Server said strawberry lemonade was available and free refills upon request.2. Fried cheese wedges available3. Fried mushrooms offeredThe bad---1. After requesting drink refill, was told that since this drink was prepared at the bar @ $4.00 each, a free refill would be difficult.2. Fried cheese wedges served with approximately 1" of grease in bottom of basket.3. Fried mushrooms were very greasy .4. A1 Sauce Burger was good.4. Manager apologized for wedges and removed them from the bill.5. Server was nice, but was mistaken about drink refill.Will not be going back.
I started eating at Mugshots when there was only 2 locations. I was recommended by my husband who had eaten at the original one in Hattiesburg. There was only one that we knew of. I tried Mugshots in Mobile and then Biloxi when they were next to the mall. I had great experiences pretty much every time I went. Then I saw one pop up in Diberville. This is a closer location so when I had a taste for Mugshots I chose this one. To date, I have 3 unpleasant experiences. The first one took extremely long for a to go order and when I received my food I had an order missing. So now the rest of my food was getting cold while I waited for the rest. The second time one of my meals was missing a side of fries so my burger was getting cold while I had to wait for fries and also realized after getting my fries that I had received the wrong burger. I just took it and left because I didn’t feel like going back in to correct it. The most recent was not that bad of a wait. However, I have pictures this time to show how my meal looked. And just in case you aren’t sure what you’re looking at I will explain. I ordered the comeback burger and onion rings. Which by the way are my favorite beer battered onion rings when done right. Also, I received no onion ring dip. And my burger was wayyy overcooked(burned). My bacon (burned) my onion rings burned. I managed to get almost half of the burger down until I bit down on a rock hard onion ring.(it came on the burger).There was crust, no onions. I paid for a good meal and I got this. Now after this many times of getting service like this I can’t see myself eating at this location again. It almost makes me not want to eat at Mugshots ever again anywhere. I watched through the window while sitting in the curbside pickup parking space and observed playing, shoving each other, talking over the food and some were walking around aimlessly like they had nothing to do! (The workers) It was really disappointing to see! This was including what looked liked to be the manager. Whomever, owns this location, Please do something because it won’t make it by giving service and food like this. I was nice to give 2 stars. If something can be done about my experiences, I will change the rating.
Great variety of burgers and a good selection of draft beer... the service can be slow if you go when they're crowded, but we've never had a bad experience and the food is delicious. A few favourites are the Steak Burger, Da Big Kahuna, and the Briscoe Inferno chicken sandwich.
We had a bad experience here. We were a group of five and our burgers were either super dry, cold, or both. The best part was the amazing server named Azavion who had a great personality, kind, respectful, and was very attentive. He was the only reason we had a good time, however we definitely won't come back again.
Great food and atmosphere. Had a great dinner and was super impressed with the menu and the whole vibe. Will go again

Let me say several months back, I posted a negative review. I decided today to stop and see if they improved. Yes we had great service, food was prepared perfectly, and the coldest beer in town. Good job crew… no more negative from me.
