Avoid this mcdonalds at all costs! As of now anyway, it is run extremely poorly. The staff is a mess. We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast order and finally just ended up asking for a refund for the remaining items they couldn't seem to get to us. I love mcdonalds, especially their breakfast, but this one is rough. They need to fire everyone and start from scratch.
90% of the time I place my order pay for my food/beverage, then I'm told I have to pull around to the front to wait for my good to be brought out to me.. 9 times out of 10, I sit there for over 10 minutes. Food is normally decent, but the having to pull around to wait is upsetting... I mean I'm 1 person ordering (most of the time) 1 McChicken, 1 small frie, and a strawberry watermelon slushie...it's not like I'm ordering for 10 people.
Slowest McD drive through ever. Also the design of the parking lot makes the slowness even more pronounced because then people that are parked can’t get out. Not quite sure what the issue is as the slowness seems to be all the time regardless of the time of day. If you’re in a hurry definitely avoid. However, I will say that every employee I’ve encountered has been very professional and courteous.

Its amazing that now days when you say to people "Have a nice day" they dont even respond. I dislike McDonald's anyway, but was in a hurry. Guess from now on I will just skip lunch. Not friendly, not very clean, and no napkins when they give you your bag of food...
Typical McDonalds. This one however, was super slow even though there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Almost 20 minutes to get through the line. Missing items from the breakfast menu upon ordering. Order was not correct but items came out as it was rung up. I'll go to the other one down the street and save yourself time amd service. This appears to be a recurring problem from the reviews.
Sorry McDonald's with poor customer service. Dude in drive thru wouldn't give me extra ice that I clearly ordered with sweet tea. Then told me to ask him nicely. The milkshake was melted after waiting 15 min in line. As I was pulling off my daughter heard him out the window talking about the car i was driving. No one will answer the phone. District manager will hear from me in the morning.
They had many trainees working that day and the service reflected this. Long wait times. Order wasn't ready at window. Lost/messed up the order. My review may not be fair due to all the new hires that were on the job for less than a week
Today I came in there with my family and saw the place filthy dirty. Two of the worker had there Boyfriends up in there hugging and kissing.and one of the other worker has there 3 kids at work with them crying under the age of 7yrs old. The only worker that was good was the young boy at the cash register. Yall need to clean this mess up.
Most of the staff are very nice, the store manager on another hand is something else. He said something to me Wednesday because I grabbed too many ketchup packs LOL, then another time a friend and I were eating there, as we threw away our trash after we ate, he asked us if we were waiting for somebody ... Didn't even get a chance to order dessert....
