Good service
Every time I’ve been here it has been such an unpleasant experience. Due to location, it’s just unfortunately convenient in desperate times. I want to say it needs new MANAGEMENT. Any time I go all the workers are playing, and have the ABSOLUTE worst attitude (I know they are mostly high schoolers and you mix that with bad management and this is what you get). The worst experience I had was a month ago, I ordered curbside at 10:30 pm (they close at 11:00 pm). It was pouring rain so I assumed that’s why me and the 2 other cars waiting hadn’t received our orders yet. When it finally got to 11:00 and I hadn’t received my food- I pulled through the drive thru & was hit with “We’re closed”… they had eventually told us to pull up, and the other cars had followed. I was met with the manager that proceeded to tell me that “it’s 11:00, we’re closed and out of food” ??? They scrambled up enough food to suffice and told us we could just stop by and pick up the other burger another day. Nonetheless, I went back today during the day and had a curbside order. They didn’t bring all of the food, and I mentioned it to the girl & she had a very rude look on her face, so I offered to just go in and get it myself. I went up to the counter & told the girl at the register what happened..and she did not hear a word I said… just blank stare through my soul. Then the girl that brought my order out explained & she was like “wait what?”… girl… anyways, they got my order… forgot the drink, but I was just done at that point. Also, seeing what the dining area looks like… I won’t be eating there ever again to say the least. Sticky, nasty mess. Like I said, I just don’t think they have very good training due to poor management.
Placed a mobile curbside pickup order and drove to restaurant to park in the curbside spot. checked in, app estimated about 5 minutes. I have currently been waiting 20+ minutes and still no order. They don’t let you come inside the store either and drive thru is backed up. Not sure what’s going on in there, but seems like they need more staff to handle customers.
We placed a curbside pick up order that we never received. I got the “thank you” notification 10 minutes after ordering and then we waited another 20 minutes before trying to go inside of the restaurant. The doors were of course locked. So we had to wait in the drive thru line for another 10 minutes in which they acted like they had no idea where our order went. They then proceeded to hand us a bag full of cold food with no drinks. When we mentioned the two drinks, the two girls huffed, rolled their eyes and closed the window. We will go to the McDonalds on Cedar Lake from now on.
Been maybe 5 times, never had to wait less than 25min. The one time I've went inside i waited 45min without getting my food, then had to ask 3 more times to finally get it (literally just 2 mcchickens and a coffee, and i just left without the coffee), with a total wait time of almost an entire hour. Employees have been nice enough, but they must have absolutely garbage/nonexistant management
Definitely don't show up here when you're in a rush to get somewhere on time.... Even when they're not busy or just have a few cars. They get your order right almost everytime, which is great. But it don't do no good when you have to leave the restaurant because cars are just sitting in line not moving and you have to go to work. Now I'm at work without breakfast. Shoulda just went to BK or ate cereal.
Whoever runs this place needs to be fired asap.Nothing but rude people. Then they make you pull up and say they food is not ready yet. Made me pull up for one sandwich and some cold fries. Every time I order a frappe it's so ice I can't even drink it. I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. But I'll give it 1 because that's the option. Next time someone tells me to pull up I'm saying no I want my money back. This is redicules terrible, terrible service
Horrible wait time in drive-thru and food is always about cold or is cold. McChicken sandwich has no excuse for being cold, fried or grilled too long or being so hard it's not edible.I've experienced this at every McDonald's I've gone to. I do not care for their services any longer. Disappointing.
Nothing but idiots at this McDonald's. Never got an apology for mixing up my $20 payment as a $1 payment. Made me wait until they recounted cash drawer. Tried to cheat me out of $19 in change. Food is terrible service even worse!! Go somewhere else if you can!
I Placed a Mobile order about two days ago. Upon arrival, they told me to park at the curbside parking. During my wait there, the people who were bringing the food out were giving out the wrong orders to other customers who were waiting beside me. In addition the same employee who was attending curbside was wearing headphones listening to music (very unprofessional). Not only that, I spent 20 minutes waiting and had to go inside the restaurant in order to get my order (the point of me doing a mobile order was to save time). Upon leaving the restaurant, I still noticed I was missing two items and my frozen drink was the incorrect size. This is seriously the worst McDonald's I've been to on the Mississippi coast. Please save your time and money and you'll have better luck by going to the Cowan-Lorraine and/or the Courthouse road locations.
