Worst cutomer service ever.As a general manager of a resturant in the area,what I seen was terrible.I have a video of a rude worker talking to customers like dirt I will be sending to corporateIf you don't want to be hospitable get out of the hospitality business
Worst McDonald's on the Mississippi coast. I ordered 2 coffees and a hot fudge Sunday. I was the only person inside and they made me wait till they filled 20 drive thru orders before they would give me my order. Won't be going back. People behind the counter were not friendly at all!
This is one of the absolute worst mcdonalds to eat at or order from, food is always cold, overcooked, or poorly made and it really gets annoying to have to go back through a long wait drive through or inside every single time i order from this place, not to mention for ms.Diane the general store manager has a very rude and uncaring attitude. Not to mention they cheat their times by pulling all cars up until they cant anymore.
After seeing the advertisement for the Shamrock milkshakes at this restaurant, I waited in the drive-through to place an order for one. I was promptly told that they do not have milkshakes.
The quality of the food is never good. You would think with their training center being right up the street that they would do a better job.Normally I would do the survey on the receipt but they don’t “give receipts anymore” (what I was told tonight).Here’s what I’ve experienced from this location:•Soggy, undercooked or burnt unsalted fries.•Extremely old burgers and meat.•You never get ketchup, sauce or straws.•Customer service is hit or miss.
Food is typical McDonald’s food, it’s not bad here but the employees are the rudest, laziest and lack severe training in customer service out of any McDonald’s I’ve been to.. close race with the one off Lorraine road. The only employee at this location that seems to care or have any customer service is the older gentleman who helps with the kiosk orders out front.There are two younger African American guys, both have twists or dreads that are usually working the fry station that are probably the rudest ones. They will blatantly ignore you, mumble comments under their breath or straight up say rude things to customers. It’s ridiculous.The manager seems to get ignored and walked on here, no control over her employees. They don’t care. I get it, nobody wants to work and it’s hard to find good help especially in fast food but damn, if you hate working with the public then go get a different job.
I was at the Cedar Lake location McDonald's near Biloxi at 6 in the morning with line of cars waiting to be served and waited 20 minutes nobody offered to take an order through the drive-thru. Don't waste your time even going to this place because we even if you go inside they turn your their backs and do not a knowledge you. The rudest people on the planet Earth are at the window. I will never ever go back to this location. Don't waste your time because they're getting paid 10 $15 an hour and they have shocked the prices sky-high to get poor service.
cedar lake has to be the store with the worst store manger on the gulf coast after being a customer for many years i stopped for lunch and was ignored and her handpicked counterhelp i asked a young assistant mgr emplyee about some food specials and was told that the employee did not have time to talk to me and she had a job to do im sorry i thought i was their buesiness since i was a customer this store has lost several loyal customers due to her and aome of her assistant managers and their additudes toward customers i rated them a one due to the store manager only because there was not a zero this store at cedar lake will never see mine or any of my friends money again
Never attend or work for any of the McDonalds own by the Master terrible from the very top to the bottom. Serving uncooked food. Then don’t pay employees on time.
Says open but Noone is ever there after 2am. Lights are on drive thru lights are on but no one is ever there to take orders
