We've been here a few times, and I will say they are constantly good. They've never messed up our order. The wait usually isn't too long, but there is a lunch and dinner surge. The tea is never sour either. The staff is typically friendly and really nice. The store is always clean, and the tables are always bussed. Can't really complain about this location!
I am impressed. I order on the McAlister's App maybe once a month, and don't usually have many issues at this location. Today was different. Not only did the system let me order things they were out of-- it shut down when they tried to change it or notify me something was wrong. I arrived in a big rush - since I was SO LATE picking up lunch for hungry people, and I was not impressed that the bulk of my order was missing. The young man behind the counter was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and why nothing could be done until I arrived. He then made suitable substitutions as quickly as he could--and the items looked fantastic. (Thank you, person-who-moved-so-fast-I-could-not-read-your-name-tag.)I had a few minutes to look around and noticed how much cleaner the location appeared. This could be because I was picking up lunch incredibly late, but the employees seemed more positive as well. Whatever is going on, I noticed it today and hope they keep up the good work.
What I ordered was delicious. However my daughter didn't like the taste of the chili on her nachos and asked the cashier to see if she could order something else but the manager was very rude and angrily grabbed the dish from our tableShe agreed to take the second order, but made us wait for 2 orders that came after us before we got ours.Meabwhile, the cashiers were very corteous and helpful while the manager, Katrina, was very reluctantly preparing the order.from the table and saidmanacashier told the manager that she had changed her mind and wanted to order something else
Took the time to make a very real but satisfactory experience. The night crew here did an exceptional job with my order and worked with me even though it was my first time eating. Definitely coming back to eat after my workouts!!!
Amazing experience!! The night crew along with lulu has an amazing team ! They really have an amazing bond & teamwork !!! Fast service and very understanding that this was our first time here ! The food was bomb as well !! I never knew being healthy would taste so good !!!! They all need raises because they carrying the McAlister name.
Just had dinner at the Biloxi McAllister’s. LuLu and her staff were great, and the food was perfect! Such a comfort and casual spot to catch up with friends!
My sandwich correct for once but then when I grabbed for my pickle i was disgusted instantly bc it looks like someone bit it! I remember quality control being a top priority in a restaurant, no way I would’ve put this on someones plate and sent it out!
No attention to detail and terrible customer service. Eat elsewhere.I called in an order and the cashier confirmed the order was correct. When we arrived at the store the woman at the counter seemed confused about the order (even though the receipt was stapled to the bag). It took a while for them to get everything situated and defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. It was a larger order and we started to go through everything to double check, but manager came out and assured us everything was in the bags. When we got home the order still wasn't correct. We called five times before reaching someone on the phone only to be hung up on while waiting for a manager.
Sidney and Lulu are really wonderful! I came in with a friend around 8:30 at night and the place was so clean! The food was insanely flavorful and perfectly made. They were so helpful in choosing the right food items on the menu. They were personable, friendly, professional and committed to the McAlister’s brand. I appreciate this level of customer service, especially in these crazy times. Thanks y’all!
Stop being so stingy!!!!!! Stop using so much filler!!!! All this salad with that small amount of chicken!!!! And the smallest container of ceasar dressing wont even cover all that lettuce. I keep giving yall chance after chance - do yall not pay attention to your reviews?????? Wow!
