Biloxi Location. Service was very good but food was not Resort quality. All of their fried entrees are pre-breaded and frozen. In fact just about everything on the menu tasted like it came out of a frozen box. When you go to the beach you expect fresh seafood but not there is nothing fresh about it. My wife ordered the new Watermelon Margarita and it tasted very chemically. Prices were not bad but higher than the quality. My family will not return to any of the Margaritaville restaurants.
This was our second trip to Margaritaville Resort and definitely won’t be our last. The restaurant is great and we LOVE the Cheeseburger in Paradise. Always cooked perfectly and tastes amazing! What really made the experience great though was our waitress Cat! She was awesome, super friendly, very attentive, and made us feel like we were her only table, which was definitely not the case. Thank you Cat!!!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. Great family atmosphere! Keep up the good work Margaritaville, we’ll be back!
Went in with my wife and 3 kids we placed our order of 1 Large cheese pizza and a ceaser salad waited around 30 minutes waitress returns to the table and was asking to make sure she had the order correct just 1 cheese pizza and a salad. After another 45 minute wait they bring out a pepperoni pizza and the salad. We nicely told her we dont eat pepperoni she apologized and said she will have a cheese pizza right out waited another 15 minutes food was still a no show. I walked to the front host asked if one of the two woman if they can tell our waitress to cancel the order and ill just pay for the drinks and the salad. Was told a manager will be right out waited for about 3 minutes the manager must have been embarrassed to come out and our waitress comes to us saying the pizza is being put in a to go box as we speak i kindly said dont worry about it. Do i owe you for the drinks and the salad she apologized to me and told me i did not owe anything. The store only had our table and 1 other table to attend to as well as 4 people at the bar not sure what the big wait was for such a small order and not a very busy place.
Place was good. The food wasn’t what I was expecting. In the menu it says “jumbo” shrimps, they were small!!! And the ribs were hard to cut and eat!
We went to have a drink yesterday to just check it out. Our service was impeccable! Jonathan our bar tender was super kind and very knowledgeable about Biloxi and the history of the town. We appreciate his kind and loving spirit. Not everyone is kind in the world today, so having the pleasure of getting to know Jonathan a bit and hearing a bit about his life. Great to run into such a good soul! Keep it up ????? God bless you abundantly Jonathan
Dear Sky,Or whatever your name is you pathetic excuse for a waitress. During the course of 50 minutes, you stopped by our table twice: once to realize a kitchen staff member had to bring us our appetizer and it had already been eaten, and inform us that you had just got our order into the kitchen(25 minutes after taking it). And then again another 25 minutes later to let us know that one of the dishes had to be completely remade because you couldn’t communicate with us. But you finally showed some hustle when it came to interrupting us and being completely rude before we just asked for the check to leave.Although you did have time to stop by the table next to us multiple times to collect checks while not even checking on our drinks. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because the hostess, manager, and other wait staff were very forgiving, kind, and helpful. And the appetizer was pretty good also.I just feel bad for all of Sky’s co-workers that have to pick up the slack from their clearly inexperienced partner. Making twice the work for everyone around her while oblivious to the drain she is on the whole staff’s momentum.Hopefully she pops out another ward of the state soon so she can live off of tax returns and relieve everyone of her coworkers the burden of her being there.
It has been 40 minutes between getting my drink and getting my food. Quite honestly, this is the most underwhelming dish for its listed price. The meat tastes old, there is nothing that makes the sandwich good.
This was an amazing experience. It is so kid friendly and still has fun for the adults. The view from our room was breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back
My boys enjoy going to Margaritaville. We go to the arcade 4-5 times each year. It’s an easy day trip. The family atmosphere at the resort is great! On Saturday night the restaurant was about 1/3 full so we decided to stay for dinner. Tammy was our mostly absent server. After 15 minutes, she greeted us and was ready to take our drink order. We told her that we were all ready to order. It was apparent that she was rattled and accustomed to doing things in a particular order. She took our complete order and returned with the drinks. 6 sodas and 6 burgers. Nothing difficult! We sat, and sat, and sat for 1+ hour before I finally got annoyed. Before going to the restroom I told my wife that if the burgers are not on the table when I return we should leave. I returned to find Tammy apologizing and saying that the kitchen was very busy. The dining room certainly was not busy! A few minutes later our food came out. Burgers shouldn’t take 1+ hour! We never saw Tammy again until she dropped the bill. The order ticket was time stamped. Tammy did not turn in our order for 30 minutes. Don’t blame the kitchen! We will return to Margaritaville for the arcade. They can keep the Cheeseburger In Paradise. I will get my cheeseburger at Woody’s Roadside. Not because of the food quality. It’s the service!A side note. My wife and I have both waited tables and understand service. Waiters like to blame the kitchen. This was a service issue.
Didn't have sponge cakeDidn't have clam bakeBut the food here's sure covered in oilWasted a meal at MargaritavilleI found Jimmy's Lost Shaker of SaltSome people may claim that I'm to blameBut I know: It's the bartender's faultI visited Margaritaville in Biloxi in October 2017 with friends, and I ordered a margarita, thinking that a place with "margarita" in its name could deliver. What they delivered was the saltiest swill I've ever tasted, with a little bit of lime thrown in as an afterthought. This was the kind of beverage that, Come Monday, you'll still be regretting/tasting.If this margarita had dumped into the ocean, it would have killed all aquatic life for miles. Nothing could have redeemed this salt-monstrosity.Now, you may be thinking, "it was too much salt on the rim," but I assure you, the salt was fully in the cocktail, and so much that I couldn't finish it, nor could anyone at my table have more than one sip without gagging.Q: Where should you go for the worst margarita you'll ever have?A: Margaritaville.
