We’ve been ordering from them for over a year now and have been completely satisfied with our orders. Until today! Decked out pizza and it looked like a 4 year old put it together. Cut in weird slices and toppings just dumped onto it. So I called and the person who answered the phone told me when all I asked for was a manager was extremely childish and refused to get a manager and told me to call back tomorrow morning and wouldn’t give me their name. Needless to say if you’re going to hire people like that to represent you company even a pizza company I will no longer give you my business. Place is trash in my book now.
My family loves Marcos pizza but have never had to wait almost 2 hours for them to deliver my order. I called to check on the order and the lady said she was the only driver and then got smart with me and said she will there. That was not professional at all. I hope they hire more people to deliver and not be so rude.
I asked for curbside pickup. I waited about 6 minutes. I went inside, and there sat my pizza on the shelf.It was a good pizza.Just poor service.
Ordered the garlic sauce parm pizza. Didn’t like it was burned. Didn’t have much flavor.. wouldn’t recommend it.
Pizza is delicious! The salads are huge and fresh! We got our delivered and it was still hot when we received it!

I like Marcos but I will never order from that one again! Two different times I have found hairs in my food. Once was a Italian sandwich and I never said anything about it. Then again in a brownie dessert and I finally called and told them and they said they would refund me and I never received the refund.
Marcos has delicious pizza. Whether you choose pick up or delivery, your food is always hot and fresh
