Had the Chicken Sandwich, it was not cooked enough. Doughy and nasty. Fries were hot but also not cooked enough.

Last three visits at the local KFC, humm 1st one the order took 30 minutes and was wrong, 2nd week the order took 30 minutes and it was wrong. 3rd week the order took 35 minutes and we were 2 pieces short on a 10 piece meal. I know they are short handed, but my order was wrong three times in a row.
I order a 2 piece dinner extra crispy but I got original recipe. It was very greasy and not very appealing. Why can't they get an order correct!!!
My sister and I decided to come to KFC to eat because we never eat here. We wanted to try their popcorn chicken and famous bowls. We pull up to the drive thru and wait a few minutes before getting our order taken, no big deal. We ask for a moment to look over the menu and my sister says “I just have a question about the menu” and we get no response, a girl finally says “what’s your question” and she asked “Does your popcorn chicken come just in a combo or can you just get it as an entree” Their response was “oh my god” News flash! we can hear you if your headset is still on. They proceed to ask if we need help with the menu like we didn’t just ask them a question about the menu! if you’re that miserable working where you’re working, go find another job. Felt like a total inconvenience!
KFC is always my go to place! Having been a shift manager there at one point, great service and food always give me a sense of pride for the new crews! And at Cedar Lake, you get the best of service and food!
We got the chicken sandwich and it was ok but at least they had sides unlike popeyes that week who didn't have sides but then that KFC WAS OUT OF UTENSILS EXCEPT FOR KNIVES!! UGH!!
This is the best KFC I have ever visited. The staff is so nice. They are efficient and they have your order ready very quickly. No long lines. The restaurant is immaculate and the food is always fresh. I would recommend this merchant.
