This is legitimately one of the worst ran Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I frequent this establishment because of convenience (on my way to work), and I literally can't remember a single time I've gotten my order without being told to "pull around front" and waiting 15 minutes with almost no one in the drive-through or in the restaurant. They also frequently run out of key menu items. This place is a hot mess.
We won't be back! DD has lost our patronage forever! Bad experience this morning with sausage egg and cheese English muffin. Not edible before first bite! Smelled like something was rotten! Manager on duty blamed the smell on something burnt in oven earlier. Zero stars!
Don't have a DD close to me and I miss them so much.. a nice hot cup of coffee (light and sweet) and some jelly donuts are my favorite ?,,, also can't beat the toasted everything bagel breakfast sandwichs,, and the pup cups.. (my dogs look forward to every time we go through any drive through now) thank you guys!
The bacon egg and cheese rap was very very small not worth $4 at all I do not recommend. I ordered the 6 assorted donuts and put in certain donuts I wanted for pickup . I didn’t get one donuts I wanted . When I got there they had nothing made and wasn’t making any the employees where very lazy , passed me my rap and I had to tell them that I had donuts to . Instead of checking my order he just threw the last of each donut they had into the box randomly and passed it to me . The donuts where soggy for some reason and you could definitely tell they had been left out . Didn’t get one donut I wanted . They where not good . Very poor staff .
Just horrendous management. Always out of English muffins and certain types of bagels, always at least a 5min wait for food. Ordered donuts through doordash once, they accepted the order even though they didn't have any and then they wouldn't substitute anything else for them, so they effectively stole $20 from me because you can't get a refund when you cancel a doordash order.Sometimes employees are rude as hell, sometimes not. An employee did give me a free coffee once because they realized how inconvenient the entire process of ordering was for me.
The coffee was good, could management look into Dunkacinos their a great morning drink.I was disappointed though in the donuts they were stale
Their sandwiches are good, but they were out of one of their main donuts, and the two donuts I did recieve were very stale and hard. I

EXTREMELY Horrible customer service!!! I waited to be greeted at the order menu on drive thru for over 8 minutes until I finally said Hello! Then when I pull up to pay the girl was rude snatched my credit card and never gave me a total or receipt! Only told me to pull around and they will bring it out ...after another 10 minutes they bring out the wrong order! I had to go in and when I did they threw my donuts (frosted) into a bag I only had 4 but they were all melted together and completely ruined!! When I proceeded to call them to let the manager know about my experience they won't even answer the phone !! Seriously do better Dunkin Donuts and properly train your employees to work with the public!!
Take your business elsewhere; getting very simple orders correct is too much for these people.
