I am sharing my husband's viewpoint.This location is one if the worst.There have been quite a few times he's been very disappointed in the quality of food. Cold Frys , hamburgers under heat lamps too long and very poor service.Management and workers both need to improve.The location like many is convenient and close but again very disappointing.There are other comments on here that reflect these same issues..SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH MANAGEMENT.
I used to come here a lot but not anymore.i try to order online to get points..but it's not safe anymore.other people stealing my online orders...I told the girl on drive thru I hadn't picked up my order yet.but since somebody else lied and picked up my order saying they were me I guess after burger King employee said my name to them..they said they were me..got my order..then the employee sent me on my way..like I was lieing about my order I hadn't picked up as of yet...I was really upset so I came in and told manager I had my ID to show it was me and that my food was given to somebody else stealing people's orders.He made my order and gave me my food..I'm thankful for it..but I no longer trust it here..how easily your online food can be stolen..
Shift manager is always rude. Order is always wrong. Even gave me the incorrect online order at drive thru, told me it was all there and good. Ha looked down and the name was not even mine.
I truly adore and love the beautiful fish patties enjoy eating them at least three or four times a week what can I say I'm hooked!
Usually has decent deals on their app. Have to check your order every time, though. They often get something wrong or miss something.
My wife loves the impossible burger, it’s always cooked perfectly and the fries are always fresh and hot. If I had a teenager this would be the fast food joint I would want them to work at. The manager here is fair but firm with these young adults teaching them life lessons. Restrooms are always clean and the restaurant.
Walked in at 6:20, standing at the counter and NO ONE has said a word and have not even acknowledged I’m standing here. Bad service. Come here 2 times a week and won’t be coming back…The manager just looked over at me and said we have no one to run the register she’s on break you have to go through the drive-through are you kidding me right now… I’m still sitting at the drive-through she has her headset on and the speaker so I can hear everything that she saying it’s not polite and it’s not professional they’re sitting here talking about a homeless man that just came in please closest restaurant it’s not even worth it..Gosh what a surprise I’m still sitting here I pull up to the window to pay 10 minutes later she tells me to pull around to the front of the building and they’ll bring it out to me I order two cheeseburgers I’m calling the owners on Monday I’m so mad right now..I meant to also say that I’m not sure if Peggy still works there, I usually go in the evening. BUT she ran that place!!
When you order from a place like this you expect to AT LEAST get all of your order. But no, they still forget the syrup for my French toast sticks.
I don’t think I’ve EVER gone to this BK and had a nice and pleasant person help me. They’re all rude! Usually, I go to the one on the other side of pass road that I pass going to work. But, on days I don’t have to work I go to this one by my house. I regret EVERY time and always wish I would’ve just driven the 2 miles to get to the other one that’s very pleasant. Corporate needs to do something with these people here!! I’m obviously not the only one that thinks the same thing! These reviews are all complaining about how rude customer service is.
As I pass thru the drive thru and order my food and ask for no Bacon on my sandwich sandwich and when I get through the drive-through I pay receive my food and proceed to move forward in the line just to find out that my sandwich was nothing but bacon so I come back through the line and notify them at the drive-through it's true and they got rather upset and then got upset with me for coming back to get the order correct that they messed up ........ this location has always been a bad stop for me or other that I know.
