This exact location has been a ‘usual’ dine stop for the past near a year, being immediately outside a Keesler AFB gate. I had no issues until, without warning nor ANY attempt to advertise or explain a full-dollar ADDED to the 2 Big Kings for $5 National pricing. So, couple weeks ago, I wondered why a $6 charge, and explored to locate what happened, on my own.Today, the same lackluster service took it all up a ‘dozen notches.’The ‘manager’ was absolutely racially-disparaging to me, and a fellow White potential customer, unrelated and full stranger to me, named Jerry FELT it as well!He is a local. He stated this location is VERY unkind, relentless in anti-White disparaging, and uncaring.Many instances to him, he explained.I drove 2 hours and wanted to use their dine-in today, for I actually had a real distressing need to urinate. Being 53 and diabetic, disabled… it comes with my ‘territory.’ Locked doors. Posted ONLY are the hours for legal dining (dine-in, drive-thru). Dine room has been open for months. Hours posted include 6am open dining area Monday-Saturday! At around 7:20am locked. Got an open door by young employee, who simply stated they were closed and we all could use the Drive-Thru. She was immediately uncomfortable when I said they are actually open, that I needed to use the restroom after a 2 hour drive, and to order breakfast. She repeated one more time, then was shoo-ed away by a 35-45 year old Black female manager.This ignorant person chose to add that they were waiting on a few workers. I stated, 3rd time, needed restroom (drove 2 hours, was gonna order B-fast after restroom use, etc…).She stated the ‘worker short blurb’ before closing the door on us while I was still reiterating the ‘legality of hours’ and even asking if I could JUST use restroom and then go order from car after!I already immediately contacted BK HQ and started an incident. I also now am never using this location again.Suggest you all consider the same resolve!
Went thru drive thru for 2 impossible whoppers and they did not have 2tomato slices or lettuce. Rip off

I can't remember her name but she was a cashier I was few cents short and hadn't ate I was hungry and I just want to say thank you so much for your kindness the hole crew was on top really .. they were fast and courteous and hands down best burger king I've been at .... But to the lil lady I greatly appreciate your kindness .. God bless you ...
Question how can a person ourder a meal from a burger king when the lobby closed and drive threw is blocked by a bk truck plus the manger was rude will never go there again
I v C ant say enough good things about this BK and the employees at this location. I come here everyday on my way to work. They are all great and make it so easy to come to when they have great customer service, fresh food and never out of stuff. That’s the complete opposite from the other one 2 miles down the road. I think this manager needs to go down the road and show them how it’s done!! I can’t remember her name, but she’s such a nice lady and so is her crew!! I love this Burger King. I am NOT a morning person. At all. I come to this burger King on my way to work every day. The crew here is literally the highlight of my day. They probably don't even know how positively they have effected my life by just being warm and caring people. I have not had a bad experience at this location even one time. Doesn't matter if it was drive through or dine in, every time I get amazing service! It's the little things they do. I know those little things are extra. I know those little things should not be expected. But when they do have time they really do go above and beyond. Two examples: 1. I ordered some cookies. They warmed them up for me. I don't expect that, but I appreciate it so much! No other bk has ever done that for me. 2. I brought my little girl between breakfast and lunch. I wanted breakfast, she wanted lunch. They took care of us! And she is a diva! Lol! The cashier was so patient and kind to her. I don't expect things like this from fast food! I am sorry to see that some have had a negative experience here. I'm just not one of them. I will continue to come and enjoy the food and people here.
Why is it, this is the only burger that takes 30 minutes to get through, with sitting at the menu sign for 10 to 15 minutes before having been told to drive to the front and wait for the food i ordered. This is ridiculous.
6:25 am ordered breakfast the only thing hot was coffee sandwich had no cheese, Really disappointing the menu in drive thru was out. Condiments were in the same bag on top of my food. This is happening to much I eat at this burger king at least 5 times weekly. This has gotten worse, truly disheartening. I'm the that gives tips.
Ordered whopper extra pickles no mayonnaise cut in half. Got a whole uncut whopper with heavy mayonnaise no pickles. The drive thru worker was rude and abrupt
